Chapter nineteen✓

Does Olivia sleep?

No, simple as that.

She was pulling an all nighter doing homework and studying relentlessly when Lydia called her saying that she had found a dead body.

She wondered if Lydia would ever call her about something normal.

Let's just say it piqued her interest.

It's not that she was tired, well, she was, but there was no way that she was going back to sleep. The place where she was vulnerable to nightmares that haunted her mind and cursed her body. So what good was the rest when she didn't rest at all?

"Hey, Liv you need to get up — and you're already awake?" Scott had opened the door fully expecting to see a sleeping figure tangled about in their bed sheets. He did not expect for them to be already up and no less, doing homework.

"Oh, yeah. Lydia called me..." Olivia pursed her lips together.

"Did you even sleep?'' He was now staring at her with coin slots.

"Sleep? Yeah, of course. Who doesn't sleep. I, for one, slept so well that a dead person would be jealous." She was delusional. Only excuse she could come up with for her odd rambling that were obviously lies.

"You're a shit liar for someone who was trained by professionals." He sighed as he looked at her with just tired eyes. "We'll continue this conversation later, but we need to go."

She was not looking forward to the continuation.

Olivia got off of Scott's bike and tossed him her helmet. The cold bitter air nipped at her ears and cheeks as she tightened her jacket around her till she was warm enough. They were at the school, looking around for Lydia and Allison to show them the 'supposed' dead body. Why was their high school a hot pocket for supernatural criminal activity? It was a question she would never know the answer to.

"Where is she?" Stiles had just pulled into the parking lot around the same time as them, looking for the strawberry blonde.

"Over here." Allison called out from across the parking lot.

They all walked over to where their eyes could spot the particular strawberry blond that was standing anxiously in her spot.

"Lydia, are you alright?" Olivia asked, hugging herself because of how cold it was.

No response other than a nodd.

"It was the same thing." Lydia paused and looked at all four of her friends. "Same thing as the pool. I got into my car heading somewhere totally different, then ended up here. And you said to call you if I found a dead body." Lydia added, pointing an accusing finger at Stiles who rolled his eyes.
