I groan, stiring awake, taking in my surroundings.

The sharp pain at my side and the strong cold hands holding me to an even stronger body reminds me of everything that happened.

She scoffs and holds my eyes, even though I know how much pain she must be in

"you're the one who ran off alone with zero back up " she says looking at me, eyes warm and voice tired

"you shouldn't have come after me alone, now you're hurt and bleeding out and we're trapped here and I'm so sorry kiara " I say choking on a sob,

I feel her hand on my face and look back at her, she's smiling now and my chest hurts

"shushh, you're ranting again " she says eyes fond and I snicker,

"where's your shirt? " she asks with confusion on her face seemingly just noticing my bare chest,

I smile at her and her eyes widen before she clutches at the piece of clothing on her body, just now noticing it

"it's freezing, you should put this on " she says moving to pull it off but I stop her, pulling her closer

"don't, you need it more kiara " I say softly

she tries to argue again before relenting, probably realising that I wasn't going to Burge.

"it hurts alot doesn't it?"i ask and she humms,

her head is tucked under my neck and we're impossibly close.

When feng lou had said he had planned an eventful way to take me out I would never have guessed he meant something as sadistic as locking me up in a cold room, the temperature in the room dropping rapidly.
