"Your Highness...." An old councilman
bowed, greeting the King, a man with dark black hair and emerald green eyes. The silent storm glimmering in his cold eyes.

"Yes?"

The advisor struggled to find the right words, afraid to displease his King. Slowly, he forced out the words knowing it was better for him to know now rather than later. "The Royal Curator found this is the archive" he quickly passed and old parchment.

"What is this?" The King careful opened the parchment. The old inks could barely be seen upon the old paper.

"It's an old agreement"

"An agreement?"

"Yes. It dates back to your Great Grandfather's rules" the councilman informed with what the Royal Curator had told him earlier.

"I see. And what exactly is the agreement?"

"A marriage" the old man coughed out.

"Marriage?" That really caught the King's attention.

"Yes. It seems like King Silas was once saved by a powerful mage. He saved your Great Grandfather's life" the councilman gestured where it was written within the parchment. "But he wasn't just any ordinary mage. He was actually a Noble...from Edolis and in return, the King had promised marriage. A Royal of his own line would wed a member of his Household"

"And why has this agreement never been brought to my attention?" The King's gaze turned sharp. The councilman sweated in fear and bowed down to his knee in forgiveness. "Forgive me, Your Highness!" His head pressed against the cold floor. "It seems like the agreement was left forgotten due to the fact that neither the King and the Noble had daughters. This event continues on until your Father's reign. Neither family had any daughters to wed to their sons"

The King stared down the councilman before back his attention to the old parchment. The wrinkling paper contained the agreement with seals from both Families. Such an agreement mustn't be left unhonored especially if it's bound by magic.

"And which Household did that Noble came from? It must not be a coincidence if this agreement has finally come to light"

The old councilman hesitantly left his head to answer, "t-the Thalias Household, Your Highness!"

"And does the Thalias Household bare any daughters?"

"Yes, Your Highness. Two daughters" and with the councilman's confirmation, a smirk crawled upon the King's face. With a flick of his finger, he called upon his Royal Advisor. Light whispers exchange between the two before the Royal Advisor quickly left the throne room.

"Y-Your Highness?"

"Call upon my sons, I wish to speak to them in my office" the King merely ordered as he too left the throne room, leaving the old man completely tired and pale.

"I'm getting too old for this. I could barely such storms. I should just retire already..." The councilman sighed, worrying about his own health. Though a thought comes to mind when he recalls the poor maiden that was promised to one of the princes. "I could only pray that the bride could tame a storm"

"Cynthia-sama! Aren't these beautiful?" A brunette chimed, planting the blue-coloured flowers. Her soft blue eyes twinkled at the sight of them. How could she not? It was a beautiful day and she gets to enjoy it with her friends! And they didn't mind gardening too! Luckily, her step-siblings are completely busy today and would not be bothering them.

"Yeah. What are these called?" A blonde girl blinked, quite clueless with the world of flora. She softly touched the blue petal of the delicate flower.
