I was barely conscious when Paul answered the phone. I'm sitting in his arms pressed up against him because he is so warm and honestly so comfy.

"You have the results already?" Paul asked the person on the other line of the phone call, listening to the persons response before speaking again, "we're at the hospital right now, in room 319. Yes, with doctor Cullen"

Paul put his phone away and looked at the doctor, "chief Swan is on his way here with Serena's dna test results, says he's only 5 minutes away so it shouldn't be long"

"Alright, let me get started then, I'm going to take your temperature and blood pressure quickly" the doctor said, grabbing a thermometer

He ran the thermometer across my forehead and temple then looked at it and frowned, "105.1°, she was at this earlier correct?"

"Yes, it was very concerning to see one that high" Sue responded, pulling a piece of paper out of her pocket, "these are the symptoms she had earlier"

"Thank you, Sue, I'm going to take your blood pressure now but you'll need to take your sweatshirt off" doctor Cullen said, grabbing the paper from Sue.

I nodded and took Paul's sweatshirt off of my body slowly, my arms in a lot of pain. Doctor Cullen put the thing around my arm after I got the sweatshirt off, being gentle but I still jumped because of how cold his hands were, they were like ice.

As he was taking my blood pressure there was a knock on the door, the chief of police entering a few seconds later. Another officer followed in after the chief, a file in her hands.

"Hello Serena, Paul, Sue, Seth, Doctor Cullen, I have the results to your dna test with me Serena, do you want to go into a separate room or stay in here with everyone else?" Chief Swan asked me, grabbing the file from the officer next to him

"We can stay in here" I said shivering, pulling the sweatshirt back over my body

"Alrighty, well, I don't know if it's good news or bad news for you. The results came back as negative towards your parents, meaning that you are not related to them. We did find out that you are the daughter of Tiffany Call and Joshua Uley, and have a twin brother named Embry Call. Your mother has been charged with the offense of kidnapping and a court date had been set for two weeks from now. We can call your real parents now or set up a later date to meet with them, whatever you choose" chief Swan said, handing me the papers showing the results

"Can you call them now? I need to know who my real family is" I responded, sinking into Paul's warmth

"Will do, we'll be back in a few minutes" the lady officer said nodding, leading chief Swan out of the room

Embry

I walked back into my house after patrol to find my mother on the phone in the kitchen, "hey mom, I'm back from Emily's" I said, grabbing a banana off the counter

I made eye contact with her as she nodded, her attention still on the phone. "You, you found her?" My mom said before dropping the phone and falling to the ground in tears

I rushed up to her to make sure she was ok before picking up the phone, looking at who it was. The number wasn't in our contact list, but the person was still talking so I took over the phone call.

"Hello?" I asked, stopping the person from talking

"Is Ms. Call alright? I heard the phone fall" the voice asked

"Yes she's fine, who is this?" I responded, standing up from the ground

"This is chief of police Charlie Swan, who is this?"

"I'm Embry Call, why are you calling my mother?"

"We found your sister, Embry, you guys need to come to the hospital"

"She's not hurt is she?" I exclaimed, feeling excited but also worried for her safety

"She's not hurt, just sick with a bad fever. She's in room 319, seeing Doctor Cullen with the Clearwaters and the Lahote boy"

"We'll be there in 15 minutes!" I exclaimed hanging up the phone

"They, they found her, after 15 years they finally found my baby girl!" My mother cried, pulling me into a hug

"We have to go to the hospital mom, to go and see her and take her home" I said, grabbing the keys to my truck off the counter.

Sam

"Sam, I have something to tell you and you need to listen to me and not wolf out, ok?" My father said, if I could even call him that, from the very sudden phone call I got from him

"What is it?" I asked annoyed, he hasn't spoken to me in 2 years and when he does it's only to tell me something seemingly so important that I have to be told

"So uh, like 16 years ago I had an affair with Tiffany Call and I got her pregnant"

"And? What are you not telling me?"

"Embry Call is your half brother and, uh, he has a twin sister that the police just discovered a few days ago who was kidnapped at 2 weeks old"

"I have twin younger siblings and you never even told me? Embry, who has been in the pack for 6 months, is my half brother? Does he even know?"

"As far as I know he doesn't know, but Tiffany might of told him since they found your sister. Listen, I need to go to the hospital in Forks to talk to the chief of police but I want you to come with me"

"So your going to walk out on her just like you did me? Probably only a few minutes after meeting her? You're a douche bag, Joshua Uley, and the only reason that I'm going is because I have younger siblings that I didn't know about. Oh, and y the way, I hope Tiffany gives you hell" I spat through the phone, slamming it back on the stand.

"Who was that honey?" Emily asked me, wrapping her arm around me

"It was my father, and I need to go to the hospital to meet mo brother and sister that I didn't know I had" I responded, snatching my keys off the counter.
