In many ways, Remus felt abandoned. By his brother, by the light sides, by Virgil, by Thomas. Nobody liked him, well, expect for Janus.
Janus had- well, is in the midst of his redemtion arc so, obviously he had more people to hang out with, but...he hung with Remus.
Remus loved it! Janus was his best friend! He was always there for him. "Movie night-" Remus sung, "And I got snacks!" He plopped down besides Janus on the couch, cuddled close to his best friend/crush/love of his life/probably his soulmate, holding a big bowl of popcorn with gummy worms mixed in.
"Thank you for exhanging the earth worms with gummy worms, much more delicious," Janus purred, absentmindly wrapping an arm around Remus' shoulders, a hand sneaking to grab one of the popcorn kernals.
"Does it feel like half-canniablism to eat gummy worms?"
"No," Janus rested his head on Remus' "What are we watching?"
Remus played the movie, content in this moment.
