Willow's POV

I didn't end up hiding for long. Luke went back to Yale with Lorelai because he was afraid of what she might do to his truck, and I tagged along.

"Luke, this is so nice of you, giving me a hand like this. It was above and beyond the call of duty," Lorelai says.

"Don't start this again," he replies.

"I'm not starting anything," she says.

"Good."

"I mean, if you just stored the mattress.." she adds.

"That's where we're not starting."

"What?! It was your choice to come along."

"I wanted the safe return of my truck without the mattress guaranteed, this was the only way."

"You know, I miss our friendship. We used to be so close. Those Summers at the lake.." Lorelai says.

"Do you want him to leave you here?" I ask her.

"I'm going to see Rory!" I yell as I run off.

I find her room, and the room is open, so I walk in.

"Rory! Did you miss me?" I ask, holding my arms out for a hug.

"Hi Will," she says hugging me.

"Hello, Willow," a voice says from the corner.

I look to see Paris standing there with some guy. I hug Rory tighter.

"Rory, it followed you here," I say, not taking my eyes off Paris.

"I know. I'm as surprised as you."

She pulls back and goes to meet her mom at the door.

Paris and Terrence are going through her craft stuff when Rory and Lorelai come in.

"No!" Lorelai says shocked.

"Yes," Rory replies.

"Paris?"

"And Terrence," Rory says.

"Her life coach," I add.

"Like on Oprah?" she asks.

"Yes," Rory replies.

"No!" Lorelai exclaims again.

"Yes. they're setting up her craft corner."

"No."

"Yes."

"Lorelai!" Paris calls, walking over.

"Hi, Paris. It's so good to see you," Lorelai says.

They hug, and I go back out to help Luke.

I catch Luke dragging in the old mattress, and I just laugh, and follow him back to Rory's room.

"This the place?" he asks, peeking his head in.

"Yeah. this is the place. Whoa, whoa. Hold it a minute," Lorelai says stopping him.

"You can't bring that thing in here."

"Well, I'm not taking it back out- Hi, Rory."

"Hi, Luke."

"No, we're unloading bags, and boxes first," Lorelai tells him.

"That Tess already had her antenna up about the mattress, and she wouldn't stop watching me, so I had to do something."
