Name of the Story
Kamen Rider Kabuto: The Path of Heaven Project －School Idol Festival All Stars－(仮面ライダーカブト：天の道プロジェクト ～スクールアイドルフェスティバルオールスターズ～ Kamen Raidā Kabuto: Ten no Michi Purojekuto ~Sukūru Aidoru Fesutibaru Ōru Sutāzu~)
Synopsis
Asahi Tendou (天道 旭緋 Tendō Asahi), a multi-talented young man who walks the path of heaven (天の道 Ten no Michi) and the grandson of Souji Tendou (天道 総司 Tendō Sōji) as well as the childhood friend of Ayumu Uehara (上原 歩夢 Uehara Ayumu). When he finds out that Nijigasaki High School (虹ヶ咲学園 Nijigasaki Gakuen) has become co-ed, he decided to transfer to the said school to reunite and spend more time with his childhood friend, much to her delights.
After hearing about Nijigasaki High School Idol Club (虹ヶ咲学園スクールアイドル同好会 Nijigasaki Gakuen Sukūru Aidoru Dōkōkai) was about to get abolished, Asahi, Ayumu and other eight girls reformed the idol club to enter the ultimate high school idol competition where the famous idol groups μ's (ミュース Myūsu) and Aqours (アクア Akua) are competing as well; Love LiveSchool Idol Festival (ラブライブスクールアイドルフェスティバル Rabu Raibu Sukūru Aidoru Fesutibaru) to prevent the club from being closing down and abolished it.
Meanwhile, in order to protect his loved ones from harm, Asahi has been trained by his grandfather since childhood and waiting for the Kabuto Zecter (カブトゼクター Kabuto Zekutā) to accept him so he can take his grandfather's place and its mantle as Kamen Rider Kabuto (仮面ライダーカブト Kamen Raidā Kabuto) to fight against the alien lifeform named Worms (ワーム Wāmu), who has returned and restarts their mission to destroy humanity for revenge.
During his mission to exterminate the Worms, he would make many allies and enemies at the same time while meeting new other Riders with their mysterious origins.
