Graduation

[Name] had given up a long time ago of waking up in their own, original bed instead of the hellhole one, but every time they woke up and gazed at the sad ceiling that during the night was filled with watchful eyes... It made [Name] want to throw up. They dragged themself of the bed, once again beginning their morning routine. It felt neverending, practically draining despite just waking up and... sad... [Name] is sure they would've went through the same thing back in Tokyo, albeit a little more interesting and less life threatening.

[Name]s fingertips must've gotten soft and soggy with how many times [Name] washed their face. The chilling water making them shiver again and again. They hoped that this nightmare would wash away with their sleepiness. Their hands tightly gripped the sink, eyes staring at the old mirror. Was it the lighting? The mirrors dirt? Had they always looked this tired and zombie like?
[Name] hung their head low, a migraine slowly beginning to bloom

" [NNNNAAAAMMMEEE]!!! Why did you leave me!! " [Name] sharply exhaled, a tight smile on their face as they turned towards Naruto

" Naruto..."

"Why did you leave me [name]?!" Naruto pouted as he tugged onto [Name]'s top.

" My, uh, sensei dragged me out to train for the test. " [Name] hoped the lie went through. It was easy to fool Naruto... No matter how hard [Name] wanted to punch themself at the thought, it was the truth. Naruto smiled at that before grabbing onto their arm and sprinting towards the Academy.

" Now for the graduation exam, you will need to do the clone jutsu. When you are called, come to the next room. "

" Hey, are you ok? "  They know that they could offer much support, but they tried their best.

" Y-yeah! I'll pass this test with flying colours, ya know!"

" Of course you will. " 

"[Last name] [Name]" [Name] held back a grimace, sluggishly dragging their feet towards the examination room " Thank you." They grumbled.

" Alright [Name], you need to do 3 clones and you'll pass." said Iruka.

" Right... uh... Shadow clone jutsu. " Three solid clones of themself appeared. Who knew the new kid who came in here yesterday could pass so easily

' Sara better treat me to some ramen tonight '

The heads of a certain jonin duo poked out from the shadows. The male,  Shikamu, rose an eyebrow " Shadow clone? What were you teaching them??"  They're a mere genin for ! "

Sara grimaced " Yea, one day I randomly thought ' Why don't I go, steal the sacred scroll, hand it to some kid that outta nowhere appeared in the village and let em learn some flashy, overpowered jutsu just so they could pass a fuckin genin exam' ?!

Shikamu raised his eyebrows at that, describing the same thing she did on their genin exam... Minus stealing the scrolls...

" Come on! Come on! Appear clones! Ugh " Sara watched with a smile as [name] flopped their arms around, throwing their arms around and doing random hand signs while cursing like a sailor.

"Shadow clone jutsu! Shadow clone jutsu! Come on chakra, split already and give me clones " [name] sighed and kicked a pebble " Go girl, give us nothing. " The teen stood silent for a few minutes before returning to hiss shadow clone jutsu for the next hour.
