Ch-45 Girlfriend?

They were having breakfast. Yesterday was a calm sunday evening.

Taehyung
"You'll not go to the office today."  he said nonchalantly.

She looked at him surprised.

Y/N
"What? Why?" 

Taehyung
"The doc said so."

Y/N
"No he did not. Plus I'm fine."

Taehyung
"Your fever says otherwise."  he said tilting his head looking at y/n with sugary sweet smile.

Y/N
"I've work. I'll take the medicines. I won't stress and please..."

Taehyung
"No."   he said nonchalantly getting back to his juice.

He got up after finishing. And y/n too got up trailing behind him.

Y/N
"Taehyung please it's just a small fever. I've been through... I mean please. "

Taehyung turned to y/n and sighed.

Taehyung
"Fine. But no moving around much and no overwork or you're fired."

Y/N
"That's not." 

Taehyung tilted his head raising her brows at her reply. She stopped complaining.

Y/N
"Fine... I'll get my medicines."  she said pursing her lips.

She sighed as she reached her bedroom. This whole acting normal and talking to him happily was tiring, mentally.

They entered the office building and this time more eyes were on them. Oh wait they were on her. She looked around to see them staring at her. She just quietly followed taehyung to the elevator.

Ding!

They reached their floor and the door opened. Y/N was about to say 'see you' when.

Taehyung
"Remember. No overwork or you'll find yourself at the mansion the next minute."

Y/N just looked at him emotionless thinking why does he pretend to care so much. A little show of care would be enough for this skit they were doing. She didn't say anything just gave a slight nod and walked away. Taehyung noticed the drain of emotions from her face but didn't ask.

"Good Morning."   she said sweetly.

Sharon first just stared at her.

Y/N
"I'm not late am i?"   she said checking time on the wall clock and took her seat.

Y/N
"Sharon? Did I do something wrong? Why are you staring at me like that?" 

Sharon
"You, you're his girlfriend. AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME!" 

Y/N
"Woah woah calm down. It's nothing special. It's not what you think."

Sharon
"So you're not his girlfriend?"  she asked confused.

Y/N
"I-I am. But you know him. I'm no one special."

Her confused expression calmed down but the frown still remained.

"Let's get back to work."

Just then Sharon's land-line rang.

Sharon
"Hello"
"Oh. Okay."
"Yes.. Yes i understood"
