"You got to be kidding me."

I told him after he followed me to the elevator.

"Blank, this is no longer a coincidence. Are you really following me?"

I heard him chuckle. Nang lingunin ko sya ay naglunwari itong inosente. Napabuga ako ng hininga.

"Bakit ka ba nandito?"

Mahina kong tanong. My mind is full of what ifs again. Bumalik na naman ulit ang hopes na baka nandito sya para sa akin. I hate the fact that everytime we bump into each other, binibigyang malisya ko at sa huli ako lang pala itong assumera.

"Seryoso ako sa parteng may business-related meeting akong dadaluhan dito. Mom sent me to accompany my father. Dito sa mismong hotel gaganapin bukas."

I sighed and played with my fingers.

See? Nag-assume na naman ako.

"How did you know na doon ang silid ko?"

"Have you forgotten o di mo talaga ako nakita kanina nang magcheck-in ka?"

Hinarap ko sya at tinaasan ng kilay. When I got here, I was tired and I had nothing in mind but to get inside my room. Hindi ko sya nakita.

Umiling ako.

"I checked in right after you."

Napalunok ako. I didn't even see him? Ganoon ba kaokupado ang utak ko kanina?

"Okay. I believe you."

Lumabas ako ng elevator at naglakad patungo sa dining hall nila. I looked around at di ako nahirapan hanapin ang mga kasamahan ko dahil di naman gaano kalapad ang buffet area.

"Hi."

Pagbati ko.

"Good morning, ma'am Pent at Sir Dreaker."

Kumunot ang noo ko at nilingon si Blank. What is he still doing here?

Naupo ako sa silyang katabi lang ni Essey. There are a total of five employees who flew to Iloilo for our upcoming event— Essey, Jeric, at ang tatlong bagong recruit.

I was about to excuse myself to take my own food when I noticed the looks of their eyes lalo na sina Essey at Jeric.

"He is now with me. Nagkasalubong lang kami sa elevator."

I defended.

"Ahh, akala ko po nagkabalikan na kayo—" Essey put her palm on the mouth of Jeric.

"Sir Dreaker, gusto nyo bang sumama sa table—"

"Sa tingin ko mas gusto nya na mapag-isa—"

"I'm more than willing, Essey. Thank you."

Tumayo si Essey sa tabi ko at ini-offer ang silya nya kay Blank.

"Let's grab our food?"

Di makapaniwala kong tinitigan lang si Blank. What is he doing?

Hindi ko sya sinagot. I stood up and went to get my food.

Our breakfast was supposed to be silent but because of Blank's presence, it was a chaotic one.

I didn't know my new staffs are fangirls of him. I didn't even know that fangirling over a CEO exist. Apparently, these three are drooling over him.

"Hindi nyo ba alam na ex boyfriend ni ma'am Pent itong si sir Dreaker?"

I eyed Essey to stop Jeric from feeding unnecessary information to the new ones. Ako ang na-a-awkwardan everytime our past is mentioned. Si Blank naman, walang obang ginawa kundi ang magpacute. Duh
