(Seina's POV)
It was beautiful weather outside that weekend. The skies were blue and the sun was shining. I was enjoying breakfast with my family in relative peace and quiet. My father had retreated to his study stating that he had business to take care of and Sora was running laps around the dining room table in preparation for a race at school (attempts to stop him had proved fruitless), but otherwise it was quiet. Ayumi was on her best behaviour in an attempt to redeem herself for robbing me of my phone and cards. Therefore she ate her breakfast and promptly disappeared to see to her homework. That left just me, Tastsuo and my mother. Of course, some things are too good to last.
My mother addressed me over her breakfast. 'Seina, Kyoya-kun called earlier and asked to take you out today.'
'Why does he never ask my permission to take me out?' I grumbled. 'I might have plans.'
'Seina this is the proper way to do things. He is a lovely young man.' I scowled at her as she beamed at me across the table. If only she knew.
'If you want we can run right now. Flee into the wilds of Tokyo and beyond. Never to be seen again.' My brother offered. I grinned at him but my mother looked horrified.
'Absolutely not! Seina, you are to accompany your fiancé and Tatsuo you are to stop putting ideas into her head.'
'Yes mother.' We replied attempting to look suitably apologetic.
I had just finished my tea when there was a knock at the door and I heard one of the maids rushing to answer it. Despite my complaints, I couldn't help being a tiny bit excited to see him. Warmth spread through my chest as I walked slowly to the entrance hall, careful to keep a smile off my face. All my eagerness dissipated as soon as I walked into the entrance hall. There, standing in front of the door, was the entire host club bar Haruhi.
'What are you all doing here?' I demanded.
'Seina!' My mother hissed from the doorway.
I sighed heavily. 'Hello dear friends. Welcome to my home. I trust you are all doing well.' If the sarcasm dripping from my tongue had not made my feelings clear then my facial expression surely did. As soon as my mother was gone I adopted a more forthright approach. 'All of you out now.'
'Seina!' The twins wailed like I'd grievously wounded them.
Honey-senpai came and stood next to me. 'You all heard Sei-chan! You guys need to go home!' He made a little shooing motion with his hands.
'Mitsukuni.' Mori-senpai called. 'She means you too.'
'What!? Sei-chan...'
I sighed heavily and looked up towards the ceiling, hoping for salvation. Perhaps a meteorite. Then Sora and Ayumi appeared. That was worse not better. 'Kaoru! Hikaru!' They then began excitably jumping around the twins.
'Oni-san. Please put them somewhere else.'
My brother appeared immediately from where he'd been eavesdropping behind the door and scooped up our giggling siblings. He then narrowed his eyes at Kyoya, ruffled my hair and disappeared.
'So to return to my original question. What are you guys doing here!?'
All the others turned to Kyoya who sighed and pushed his glasses up his nose. 'We're going to collect Haruhi and go out for the day.'
'Does Haruhi know about this?'
'Well no, but...'
'I'm not going. I refuse to be a part of another home invasion.'
'Seina please!' Tamaki-senpai wailed. 'I bought Haruhi and her father a gift just like you said! Baked goods! You have to come! We're a family!'
I thought about it for a while longer before finally agreeing. 'Fine. But we are not kidnapping Haruhi.'
'Of course not!' He replied indignantly as if exactly that had not already happened before.

We knocked at the door of the Fujioka apartment only to be answered by a Ranka-san free of cosmetics, or indeed any aspect of her usual character. 'We're sorry. Wrong apartment.' The boys called before beginning a hasty retreat.
'Hey. Honestly, just because I'm not made up.' She shouted, summoning us back to the door.
'Here Ranka-san. I hope we find you in good health.' Tamaki-senpai then proudly presented her with the patisserie's box and was promptly slammed to the ground.
'It is so lovely to see you all again!' She gushed. 'Seina-san you really didn't have to, these smell delicious.'
'Umm actually Ranka-san, this was all Tamaki-senpai. I didn't have anything to do with this.'
'Oh! What a sweet, wonderful young lady you are Seina-san! But honestly you shouldn't try to ingratiate your friend with me.'
'But Ranka-san I-'
'It's alright Seina-san.' Tamaki-senpai assured me from where he was squashed against the floor.
'Is Haru-chan here?' Honey-senpai asked.
'No she left this morning with some girl friends.'
'Ah well I suppose Haruhi is going to have plans some days and friends from middle school.' Tamaki-senpai sighed regretfully.
Kyoya pushed his glasses up his nose. 'This is why I wanted to call ahead.'
I sighed and we began to leave, Ranka-san talking absentmindedly to herself as she waved us off. 'It is just like my Haruhi to have friends like that...Girls from Lobelia.' Her words stopped us all dead in our tracks. There was no world in which that was a good thing.
Back in the apartment we explained the Zuka club and all their nonsense to Ranka-san who immediately became concerned that her daughter was going to be corrupted. 'Ahhhh! What if they do something scandalous to her!?' She wailed despairingly.
'Scandalous?' Tamaki-senpai repeated in horror.
'Like what?' Honey-senpai asked innocently.
'Like stealing her first kiss!'
'A kiss!?' Tamaki-senpai repeated once again, becoming increasingly hysterical. He then had to forcibly restrain the twins from explaining that Haruhi had, in fact, already had her first kiss. With a girl.
Ranka-san obviously noticed the struggle. 'Haruhi wouldn't happen to have done anything scandalous at the host club would she?'
'Of course not! I wouldn't make my little girl do anything scandalous!' The face off had begun once again. Seriously, one day Tamaki-senpai was going to have to approach these situations more honestly.
'Right men! And Seina-san. We're off to save Haruhi!' And just like that, we were on our way to Lobelia Girl's Academy.
