A Pleasant Surprise

1 week later..

Seto's POV

It has been a hectic work week. I have been staying in my office more at night having a hard time focusing on my work. It has been a week since I confessed my love to Kathryn, which was also the same night we made love. 

She took Mokuba to the hospital since he would not stop throwing up the other night, seeing that he just has a bad case of migraines. The doctor gave him some special pain relieving medications to help get rid of them for the time being.

Since I have been working more, Kathryn has brought me more to eat, but since my company has me so stressed, I would just give it to Roland or my other associates as much as I hated to.

ring ring

"Kaiba." I answered my office phone as bluntly as I usually do.

"Hello, sir. Someone is here for an interview with you."

"What's the name?"

"Her name is Diane Witherbee." I smirked excitedly.

"Okay, send her up Roland."

Kathryn's POV

I looked at the time on my phone, which read 2:38pm and I couldn't help but grunt. I've been up since 8am this morning and I can't stop throwing up. Maybe Mokuba's migraines has sent me over the roof. I went downstairs and took some Ibuprofen with some juice. I looked on my phone and I sent Tea a text. 

Hey girl! What are you doing today?

I put my phone in my jacket pocket and I go upstairs. I knock on Mokuba's door and I see him playing a game on his PlayStation.

"Hey sweetie." I walked in without knocking. He looked up at me smiling so bright as I sat on his bed and he saved his gaming progress.

"Kathryn! I beat my new high score!" He cheered happily. 

"Well, great job bud." He walked over and gave me a high five, then asked me,

"Are you okay? You look really tired." I sighed and I placed my hands on his shoulders.

"Yes, I am okay. I'm just tired though." 

ding

I looked at my phone seeing that Tea replied to my last message.

Hey, Kathryn! I'm not doing anything right now, I'm going to be hanging out with Atem later though. Maybe around 7 for dinner, what's up?

I began to text her back, realizing I have missed my period. I'm 3 days late. Shit.

I need you. I can come by and pick you up. Seto has been working late this week to get caught up since he took the weekend off.

My heart felt like it dropped. 

Could I really be pregnant?

Tea's POV

I looked at the message that Kathryn has sent.

I wonder if she's okay.

Okay, that's fine! I began to send back. I'm walking around Domino City right now, but I'm by the high school.

I just had an odd feeling about this, something did not seem right. I pulled out my phone and I called Joey.
