chapter 15~ impressive McCann

Lauren's pov:

I woke up early the next morning sore from working out and cuddled into Jason's warm but bare chest. His phone rang but he didn't get up, he must be really tired. I reached over and saw he had two texts from Brandon and a email from jjakehawkwalk76@yahoo.com (* I just made that email up I don't think it's real*) I opened the text from Brandon, * so tomorrow we will wait for you for this mission* *whats Lauren going to do?*

I was confused by the texts, what's going on. I then went to Jason's email and got up, it was a video so I walked into the kitchen and got waffle mix out, Jason still hasn't woken up yet.

I opened the video and it was a recording of Ariana. And jake. And nick. And denote. They were in what looks like a basement and Ariana was half naked. I pressed play and jake started talking.
" so Jason want your girl Ariana back? Well give me mine and you'll get yours." He laughed as Ariana cried and shook her head no.

I couldn't believe what I just watched. I need to go help her somehow. And what scares me most is that jake wants me. And I knew exactly what he wanted.
Just then I was shook out of my thoughts when I felt Jason's warm arms wrap around my body as he planted a kiss on my cheek. " hey baby." I looked at him and kissed his cheek.
" why do you have my phone?" He asked sweetly, I thought he would be mad.

" it was going off and I didn't want it to wake you up and so I took it and came in here, I was um about to play music and make breakfast but you came in.
" oh well I'll make breakfast with you if you want?" Jason asked getting eggs and bacon out the fridge.
I nodded and put his phone down on the counter and went over to the bar stool and sat down.
" what's wrong princess?" Jason asked as he stood facing me across the counter.
" nothing." I buried my face in my arms on the counter.
" yes there is what happened?" Jason asked as he tried to pick my head up but I stayed down because I started to tear up.
" it's nothing." I lied, cause fear started to take over my body.
" no you're crying, what's wrong Lauren." Jason walked over to me and sat next to me. " I'm scared." I said still burying my face.
" why what happened?" Jason got up.
" I don't want to talk about it." I heard Jason walk over and grab his phone.
Shit I forgot to exit out of the email. " did you open this?" Jason asks calmly surprisingly,
" maybe." I still didn't look up.

I heard him press play, when I heard jake talking I automatically ran to the bathroom. I felt like I was going to be sick cause I was so scared. I knew jake wanted me either to be his little ' sex slave' or worse... Dead and even though I'll regret what I wanna do, Ariana doesn't deserve to be treated the way she is, because I knew she did this for me.

Jason came running in when he heard me throwing up.
He held my hair back while I puked then when I was done he sat down against the wall and pulled me over by him. I sat on his lap.

" don't be scared by jake. Alfredo and I have a plan. " he started to rub my back and I closed my eyes. " what about Ariana, she is gonna get hurt." I said as Jason got up still holding me. I locked my legs around his waist and he walked out the bathroom. I started to tear up thinking about the situation I'm in right now so I dug my face into Jason's shoulder.

" like I said she'll be fine, she was shaking her head in the video because she didn't want us to worry, that's what jake wants us to do. She didn't have any scars or bruises or open wounds anywhere on her body, she will make it." Jason said as he walked us over to the bed and he laid down with me still on him, he sat up against the backboard and started to rub my back again.
" I have to do something Jason I still don't feel right about her being there." I said as I sat up on Jason's lap so he couldn't reach my back anymore .
" don't even think about it." Jason said as he put a strand of my hair behind my ear.
