Chapter 27~ no peeking, no knowing

Chapter 27:

Jason's pov:

When the sun finally set Lauren fell asleep on me, great, she fell asleep.
I picked her up and walked inside with her straight up to the bedroom and laid her on the bed.
" you're gonna be okay princess." I whispered as I kissed her forehead and put her under the covers.
It was only 9:30 and since I was in the ocean i decided to take a shower.
When I got out Lauren was sleeping but she looked uncomfortable like she was having a bad dream.
I got changed real quick and went over to her and shook her a bit to wake her up , which she did slowly.
" are you okay?" I asked worried.
" hm yeah, I just, I'm good." She sat up and rubbed her head. " how are you feeling?" I asked sitting on the side of the bed. " just a headache." She said rubbing her eyes.
" I'll go get you Advil." I went to the bathroom and grabbed Advil pm for her to sleep. She seemed to be okay.
I brought back two Advil but she wasn't in bed.
I put the pills on the night stand and ran out the room.
" Lauren?" I looked up and down the hall then went downstairs. " lauren?" I flicked the lights on and I saw her outside sitting on a chair.
" princess what are you doing?" I asked walking behind her.
" just watchin the waves." She turned around and looked up at me.
" you're not tired?" I asked sitting next to her.
" no." She said as she pulled her legs up to her chest.
" well how do you feel?" I asked.
" better." She said staring out by the water.
" here let's go out by the water." I said taking her hand.
She got up and followed me.
" Jason. I have a question. And it might sound crazy but I need you to answer it completely honestly." Lauren said stopping me. " of course! what's wrong?" I asked. " umm.. you know what I forgot." She said confused.
" you sure?" I asked as we stood in the sand.
" yeah." She smiled.
" your legs seem fine, how about your stomach." I asked.
" it's feeling a little better, just hurts when I stretch or move my body around quickly." Lauren said as she spun around and walked backwards so she was faced towards me.
" that's good!"I said going up to her holding her hand.

" we probably shouldn't leave the house she said turning around and walking towards the house.
"How about we go watch a movie and try to sleep because it's already 10:30 and tomorrow is gonna be a long day." I said going inside and locking the back door.
" okay, what movie?" She asked walking upstairs.
" you pick."
I said sitting on the bed.
" we should watch the polar express!" She said excitedly.
" ha you take Christmas really far." I said as I turned the tv on and going to netflix.
" I love Christmas time!" She said as she went under the covers and looked up at me.
" I can tell." I said pushing the button and laying down.
I was really tired, and had to get some sleep, so I kept the movie on for Lauren and I feel asleep.

~ next morning~

Lauren's pov:

I didn't get much sleep last night because I was having horrible stomach pain, and my head hurt. But I didn't tell Jason because I didn't want him to get up, he looked tired.

I woke up before Jason did, but the bed was really comfy this morning and I didn't feel like getting up so I traced Jason's tattoos with my fingers.

He had some interesting ones.
But they were cool. " hey." Jason said with his eyes still closed and his voice raspy.
" morning sleepy." I said with a little laugh. " what time is it?" He asked keeping his eyes closed. " only 9:30." I said looking at the clock.
" what are you doing up?" He asked as he opened one eye.
" I couldn't sleep." I said as I continued to trace his tattoos.
" oh I'm sorry." He said as he stretched his arms out and sat up. " hah it's okay." I smiled.
" well how about we have breakfast, then go do some running around." Jason said standing up.
" sounds good to me." I said getting up.
I checked my stomach because I was still in a little pain but it was scabbing which Is good.
" it seems to be getting better." Jason said as he kissed me then went into the closet. " yeah." I went into the bathroom and put my hair up into a ponytail and put a little makeup on.
I put eyeliner thinly on top of my eyelid and Jason walked in.
" how do girls do that stuff tho?" Jason asked as he sat on the counter in front of me.
" it's easy." I said as I closed the eyeliner and put it in the bag.
" psh, it's worthless." Jason said as he hopped off the counter and crossed his arms.
" how." I crossed my arms and tried not to smiled.
" because you're naturally beautiful ." He said as he kissed me.
" and you're naturally." I stopped.
" I'm naturally what?" He smiled and asked.
" umm." I bit my lip and ran out the room to the stairs.
I ran down the stairs and Jason came up behind me.
" you're crazy." He smiled and kissed me.
