18. THE PROPOSAL

Sidharth didn't realise when he fell asleep.. Shehnaaz woke up and was keepthing their clothes of the other day in place when she found a box in Sidharth's pajama's pocket.. She took it out and kept it on his side table..

He woke up in sometime and found himself alone on the bed..

Sid- Shehnaaazzz.. He shouted on top of his voice.. She was sitting on the sofa of the living room with a glass of juice given by Mommy Shukla as she was fasting the other day.. Sana insisted to cook lunch that day and was just done with cooking..She heard his voice, kept the juice on the center table and ran to the room..

Sana- Kya hua sab thik hai?

Sid- Tu kyu jati hai jab tak mai uth nai

jata.. Mera dimag sadhta hai malum hai na tujhe.. Paach din se akele uth raha hu..

Sana- Subhe subhe shanti rakh aa gayi hu.. Baby shant..

He sat next to him and kissed his forehead.. He made her sit on the other side and kept his head on her lap.. She caressed his hair..

Sana- Itna mat bhadka kar.. Dar jati hu kahi kuch ho gaya hai soch ke..

Choti choti baat ko araam se handle karna boli thi na.. Ye paanch din door reh gaya to badal gaya, bhul gaya sab kuch.. Aisa mat kar please..

Sid- Kuch bhula nai hu samjhi na.. Bas subhe subhe tu nai milti to mera dimag sadhta hai aur ye hoega hamesha..Mai nai bol sakta ke tere bina mai khushi

khushi uthunga..Subha reh ja fir mai acha rahunga pura din.. Lecture dena band kar aur chup chap pyar wali baate kar..

Sana- Kutta.. Order de raha hai.. Tu kab bada hoega.. lunch time ho gaya hai subhe subhe bol raha hai

Sid- Jab hona hoga ho jaunga.. samjhi na.. Mai abhi utha hu na..

Sana- Sidharth bas kar ja.. mai baithi nu yaha fir bhi gussa ho raha hai.

She stopped saying and bent down and gave him a warm kiss on his lips which turned rough each second and he had a wide bugs bunny smile on his face after that..

Sid- Sorry Baby.. Bhadak gaya tha na zyada..

Sana- Arey wahh bebu.. Apni galti maan raha hai..Wah wah!! Aaj sooraj kaha se nikla hai..

Sid- Aa gayi na teri nautanki wapas..

They continued their cute banter and he suddenly remembered the bracelet mom asked him to give to her..

Sid- Arey sun.. Mera kal ka outfit kaha hai.? Ek important cheez reh gayi hai..

Sana picked up the box from his side table and gave it to him..

Sana- Ye?

Sid- Ha yehi..

He got up from her lap and sat. In front of her.. He opened that box and showed her the bracelet..

Sid- Mujhe pata hai tu gold zyada nai pehenti isliye ek dm light hai le..

She gave her hand to him and he made her wear it.. She kissed it instantly and hugged him..

Sana- Tu mujhe kich bhi dega mai khushi khushi pehnungi baby..

Sana- (Cont)Bho phara hai ye..

Sid- Mai sach bolunga.. Maa ne diye tujhe dene mai Hyd me tha aur wrat rakhegi ye idea nai pata tha meko..

Sana- Bas bas kitna clarify karta hai.. Maa de ya Tu dono family ho na..Chal naha ke ready ho.. Lunch maine banaya hai aaj..
