"I should have seen this coming" the girl thought to herself. She had just had her heartbroken and was curled up in bed, hiding under the covers. She should have known it was too good to be true, there was no way they'd love her forever. She should have known it was all going to end. She should have known she'd be left alone. She saw the signs, it wasn't like they weren't there. She had been so caught up in the happiness she didn't acknowledge the fact that it was all temporary. The feeling they had so easily been able to get rid of had consumed the girl. She should have known this would happen. After all, she was always left unwanted.
