Your POV:

"Ok...so now I wait 30 minutes." I sit on my bed.

I grab my phone to maybe look at instagram or something.

I haven't used my phone in a long time.

I remembered when Jay and his "friends" said that the wiped my phone.

I tried to brush that thought out of my head.

"No way." I fanned my hand and then inserted my password into the phone.

Incorrect.

Then I put it again.

Incorrect.

What??
It can't be.

Incorrect.

Lock for 5 minutes.

Oh great.

I sigh.

"This can't get much worse." I lay back on my bed.

I look to the side and see the pregnancy test that I just took waiting on the counter in the bathroom.

Well I guess it could get worse.

After waiting for that 30 minutes, I walk back inside the bathroom.

My heart starts accelerating.

"The results should be in." I hold my breath while carefully looking at the test.

My jaw drops.

I sink to the ground of my bathroom.

"N-negative." Slips out of my mouth.

I've never felt so relieved.

My body is frozen in place and I just stare at the test in my hand.

"I-I-I can't believe.....it's a negative...." I say once more.

"I'm saved.." I hush out and stand back up again.

"Now, what to do with this...." I hold it as far away from me as possible.

"Trash can...outside." I say to myself. I can't just have someone snooping around in my room and find that in sight.

Right before I exit my room with it wrapped up in a large piece of toilet paper, I decide that I need proof.

Something to reassure myself later....in case I freak out and overthink the results.

I walk back over to my phone, on the bed.

The five minute lock is up and I take a quick picture of the test.

I may not be able to get into my phone...but at least the photo feature doesn't require password ID.

I walk downstairs with the test in the toilet paper.

I go outside and toss it into the trash can.

I look up at the sky and see a tiny meteor shower.

"What another one?" I tilt my head.

I have faint memories of the last one that happeed recently.

What....about 2 days ago??

Then why is it so hard to remember?

I head back inside and decide to warn my family about it.

They have to see this.

I look around the main room and kitchen, only to find them on the other side of the glass sliding doors.

All three of them are sitting on the grass looking at the sky.

All three of them, together.

Holding each other.

Like they're their own family.
