It's been one week since Bella had her accident, and I asked her doctor if it was okay for me to play her a couple of songs once in a while and he allowed as long as I didn't bother other patients.

I broke up with Hannah a few days ago, I felt like was the right thing to do and I honestly don't know what crossed my mind when I asked her to marry me, maybe I was just desperate.

Right now I'm at the hospital, and I've come here every day after work and I would stay over the weekends, I can't stay away from here, and I want to be here when she wakes up. I started to mumble random words and I remembered a song that I could sing to her

'This one goes for the one and only, Bellatrix Ortega' yeah, I look like a crazy guy talking to her, but the doctor said that we should talk to her, she can listen to us and maybe she'll react at something. Saying that I started to sing the words to her favourite song Changes by Lauv

Lately I've been singing and reading a lot to her, those were her favourite things to do when she was by herself, and I wanted to keep it like that.

I stopped singing to her and I leaned on her bed, while I stroked her hand carefully

'I miss you so much. I was so dumb for letting you go. I was so stupid for not talking to you and ignoring you and trying to ignore the fact that what I felt for you, I would never feel towards anyone else' By now, I only cried whenever I was alone, it was when the emotions kicked all at once and being here around her, seeing her like this just made it worse.

The door to her room open slowly and I saw her mother entering and I gave her a weak smile

'How is she doing?'She asked me as she sat on the bed

'The same, I've been reading to her and singing, but still no reaction' Her mother smiled at me and looked right back at Bella.

'She's lucky to have you' she got up and motioned for me to get up too 'Go and eat something or go to sleep, well be fine' for as much as I didn't want to, I needed to sleep and those chairs weren't comfortable at all.

I arrived at the hospital with Alec at 9 am and saw his mother sitting outside the room crying, and I started to thin the worst

'Que pasa mama?' Alec rushed to her and hugged her.

'The doctor tried to take her out of coma, like he said, she was stable, but once they started the procedure, she had a seizure, she's okay now but shes doing exams' I just hope she's okay

'It was a minor error, we runned every exam one the first day as we did today, and we didn't found that blood clot sooner, it might have developed during these days and since she was sedated her body didn't react, and once we started to reduce it, she reacted.' The doctor spoke to the four of us in the room and I could understand a single word since I was too distracted looking over at Bella 'She needs to be operated with urgency' that was the only thing I understood.
