"Did you draw daddy a picture?" Jungkook gasps excitedly and dramatically. Taehyung smiles, putting his thumb in his mouth and nodding.

Taehyung outside of littlespace is loud, outgoing, very extroverted, frankly any word that describes being people-friendly and approachable.

Taehyung in his little mindset is, well, the exact opposite. Like if his big self and little self were to ever meet, little Taehyung would screech and run away.

Little Taehyung is tiny, fragile, introverted, anxious, and very quiet. Call Jungkook a bad caregiver, but sometimes, he forgets Taehyung is even in the house when he's little. Luckily for him, Taehyung is also independent when he's little, even when he's in his younger mindsets. Taehyung talks to him very few times a day. Even then, Taehyung uses sign language to talk. Jungkook doesn't mind it at all and doesn't question it, he'll listen to Taehyung when he's ready to talk about it.

Taehyung sits at the coffee table, tongue out as he draws with a brown crayon. Jungkook comes down the stairs, alerting Taehyung and he turns his head. He's gotten good at listening out for things.

"Baby, do you want anything to drink?" Jungkook goes to the kitchen and asks as he opens the fridge door. Taehyung signs a "yes" before getting up and waddling over to look inside the fridge with his caregiver. Taehyung pokes his head in between Jungkook's arms and picks out the grape juice. Jungkook chuckles, moving away to get a sippy cup.

"You could've asked, love," he laughs as he pours the drink.

"Sorry," Taehyung signs and sheepishly smiles.

"You're ok, baby." Jungkook kisses his forehead and hands him the cup. Taehyung thanks him by signing again before running back to the coffee table to finish the drawing he was working on. Jungkook goes back upstairs, not really feeling hungry or thirsty for anything, so he decides to finish the rest of his work.

Taehyung's tongue sticks out of his mouth again, his hand coloring away with different markers and crayons.

Jungkook, who was still busy with work, was stressed. He had been working for a while when he got a knock on his door.

"Come in," he sighs, running his hands through his hair. Taehyung walks in, holding the picture in his hands.

"Hey, baby. Whatcha got there?" He tiredly smiles and questions, pulling the boy close and holding him by his hips. Taehyung hands the picture over, letting Jungkook look at it.

To say Jungkook was proud was an understatement. The picture was so pretty to him. The blue sky, the grass drawn with detail, everything about it made him smile widely and tear up.

"Did you draw daddy a picture?" Jungkook gasps excitedly and dramatically. Taehyung smiles, putting his thumb in his mouth and nodding.

"Thank you so much, love. Daddy loves it," he sniffles and wipes his tears away. It really relieved him of his previous stress. He needed it.

"I love you so much, Tae-bear," he says and hugs the little close. Taehyung hugs back.

"Tae w-wub daddy," he whispers, voice raspy from not talking in a long time. This makes Jungkook cry more, hugging him closer and sobbing. Little Taehyung, being quite clever, knows what to do when his daddy is crying. He holds his head and wipes his tears with his thumb, making Jungkook chuckle. Taehyung gets a tissue and hands it to his caregiver, letting him clean up before hugging him again.

"D-daddy otay?" He whispers. Jungkook nods and pulls him on his lap, kissing his cheek.

"Daddy's more than okay, baby. Thank you. This picture is really pretty, love! Where do you wanna put it?" He replies, switching the conversation. Taehyung gets up and gets the tape, taking the picture and taping it above Jungkook's desk.

"You picked a good spot, Tae-baby," he says and smiles, hugging him again. Taehyung nods.

"I was thinking we could watch Frozen. How does that sound, love?"

"Good!" Taehyung was back to signing his words. Jungkook nods and doesn't question it.

They love each other and that's all that matters.
