“ RAHUL !!!! CHALO NAA…DAD IS GONNA BE HERE !!! “ Kalpi called form the kitchen, soon after little foot steps came running in “ mommy !!! “ Rahul said happily as he hugged her legs. Kalpi smiled and picked him up, kissed him and sat him down at the kitchen table. After telling Raghav that she was pregnant, 8 months later, Kalpi gave birth to Rahul, and then a 2 years after that, she gave birth to a baby girl, Kajal.
Raghav came into the kitchen carrying their 3 year old Kajal who was smiling happily “ ommy..” Kajal said in her baby voice. Kalpi could not help smiling, “ hey….morning…” Raghav said as he sat down at the table with Kajal in his arms, “ morning…” Kalpi said and gave him a peck and gave Kajal a peck as well, “ Mommy…what time is dadi coming ? “ Rahul said with a spoon full of cereal in his mouth, he looked adorable., “ soon beta….” Kalpi said wiping his mouth. Over the years, Rahul became more and more like Raghav, protective and possessive, even when she gave birth to him, he came out screaming and demanding. Kajal was a more like Kalpi, calm, and understanding.
Just then the door bell rang, getting up Kalpi headed to the front door and opened it “ Mom ! “ Kalpi said as she hugged Gauri, “ hello beti….so where are my grandkids “ Gauri asked excitedly. After having two kids, Kalpi needed a break, so Raghav arranged with his mom to have the kids over for the weekend so Kalpi and him could get sometime alone. “ In the kitchen “ Kalpi gestured and closed the door.
After having breakfast and chatting, Gauri left with the kids in tow “ don’t worry, Manju and I will take care of them “ Gauri said hugging Kalpi and then Raghav, “ bye mommy…. bye daddy ” Raghul said, as he hugged them both and ran to the car.
“ Ahhhhh….finally….I thought I will never have you alone “ Raghav said as he closed the door and wrapped his arms around her waist, Kalpi smiled and laid her head on his chest, “ so what do you say ? “ Raghav asked, “ about what ? “ Kalpi asked looking at him, “ about trying for baby no.3 “ Raghav teased, “ RAGHAV !!!!! “ Kalpi blushed and pushed him away, “ ok…ok…maybe not now, hopefully in future ? “ Raghav asked, Kalpi nodded and hugged him, “ I love you Kalpi, thank you for coming into my life “ Raghav whispered and hugged her tightly, “ I love you too Raghav, I thank Bappa everyday for bringing you to me and giving us this life “ Kalpi said. Kalpi then looked up and kissed him, “ Now…take me to the bedroom and ravish me my Devil. “ Kalpi said smirking, Raghav smirked back “ as you wish my Angel “ and carried her bridal-style up the stairs to their bedroom.
