chapter 36

Forth's pov:

I went closer to knock and Mensah.

"You worked hard." I smiled. 

I wrapped them with mana and healed all their wounds. 

"Go to your pack members. I'll take care of these two." I said. 

"But-" Knock started.

"Do you really think i won't be able to handle them?" I asked. 

He stared at me for a while and shook his head. 

"Let's go Mensah." He turned to him. 

They both disappeared. 

I turned back to Greyroad and Galand. 

"How impudent. You think you can defeat us on your own?" Greyroad spoke up. 

"If i remember correctly, Fraudreen said i will die if i kill in your presence." I looked at him. 

"Tsk. That bastard. Why did he have to run his mouth." Galand muttered under his breath. 

"Then i should just kill you first." I added. 

I could see his hearts. Suddenly huge gaping holes appeared where they were. 

Galand was taken aback and actually stumbled back a little.

Greyroad disintegrated and disappeared. 

Galand turned to me and charged towards me. 

But six holes appeared on his torso as well. 

He disintegrated and disappeared. 

"It's really convenient being able to use wind like this." I said to myself. 

I used apportion and appeared infront of the packhouse. 

Kai and Pha were standing there. I couldn't se any demons around so they must have taken them out.

"Hey where's Knock?" I asked them. 

"He's inside healing the injured ones." Pha answered. 

I nodded. 

Mensah is probably beating himself up about this right now. Kai sighed.

"Because he couldn't defeat those two?" I tilted my head. 

Yeah.

"Even we couldn't defeat them before. We were only able to scratch them a few times. And they managed to damage Galand's armor." I walked closer to them. 

Kai raised his eyebrows. 

"We should check on them." Pha spoke up. 

Kai and i nodded. 

We made our way inside. 

"You said you would protect us!" I heard someone yell. 

"Then how did they break the sheild?" Another one added. 

We frowned. 

You've got to be kidding me. Kai muttered.

We quickened our steps and appeared in the main hall where the pack members were gathered. 

I could see they were all glaring at Knock and Mensah. 

"He put his life on the line fighting demons which were way stronger than him so he could protect you and this is how you thank him?" I hissed.
