Important Message For Everyone

Also PLEASE comment numbers of any country or service that you know of that I missed.
As you know, this book greatly deals with anxiety and somewhat depressive undertones. What important about this is the message I tried to portray in this story.

It is completely okay to take medications and to go to therapy. It is nothing to be embarrassed about. Everyone needs help sometimes and that's okay. Not everyone can be okay 100% of the time.

Also, I want everyone to know that there is ALWAYS someone to talk to, even though it feels like there isn't. Although this seems dark to talk about, I don't care. I will continue to speak of this because I know somebody needs to see this.

There are also people who can't speak up for themselves, such as children, animals or those being manipulated/ abused by their spouses so I also included hotline numbers for them as well. If you see something wrong, stand up for them because you could end up saving their lives.
