I woke up 3:00 am the morning dahil ang init sa kwarto ko, kinuha ko nalang ang script para kabisaduhin dahil hindi na ako makatulog. Nang makalabas ako saka lang ako nakaginhawa - I looked at the sky and I remember what happen before, kaya naiyak nanaman ako dahilan ng pagkabasa ng kalahati ng script ko.
Ang pinaka dulo ang nabasa kaya ang una nalang ang kinabisado ko hanggang umaga. Kahit na gutom ako naligo parin ako saka bumaba para pumasok.
"Aalis na po ako Mom, Dad." Paalam ko saka umalis dahil hindi nila ako pinansin tanging si Amber lang.
Naglalakad ako ng huminto muna para kuhanin ang phone ko sa bag at may nakita akong dalawang sandwich at isang sterilized - milk nakita ko rin ang maliit na sulat na alam kong galing kay Amber.
"Ate eat this para lumakas ka, gawa namin ni Yaya Selya yan. Love you." it makes me feel at ease and somehow happy.
"Hi sister-in-law" Sky greeted me with enthisiasam.
"Morning Sky!" I greeted back.
"Sky, may copy kapaba ng script? Nabasa kasi yung akin"
"Nasa bahay yung akin if you want pipicturan ko nalang tapos send ko sayo" na alala ko low bat na pala ako.
"Kailangan ko kasi yung na sa papel." dahil hindi naman nila alam ang nangyari saakin.
"May printer ka naman diba?" she asks confused.
"Na—Nasira rin kasi" I reason out.
"Okay! I will give you a copy tomorrow." The class started but I feel sleepy – Sky cover me form the teacher. I feel so lethargic.
"Spring gising kana tapos na ang klase" Sky woke me up.
"Anong oras na?" saka humikab ako
"3:30 na ano ba kasing ginawa mo? bakit ka inantok buong klase?"
"Hindi lang ako nakatulog kagabi ng maayos." sabi ko at tumayo na dahil nagugutom na ako, kumain kami nila Sky hanggang 4:00 saka umalis na ako dahil may trabaho pa ako.
"I am off to work."
I was walking when I feel someone following me from behind but I opt to ignore until I reach Iza's caffee, I look around but I don't see anyone – maybe I am just tired.
"Good afternnon, Ma'am, what's your order?" I ask to a woman who seems familiar.
"Coffee like before – take out." Wait! She was the woman who know me. I just made her a coffee pero sa sobrang curious ko nagtanong na ako.
"Excuse, Ma'am – do I know you? I mean...have we met before?" I asked in confusion, I don't remember her either.
"No. But someday you'll know me." she said and walk away. Natapos na ang oras ng pagtratrabaho ko pero na cu-curios parin ako sa babe kanina. I shook my head and change my uniform and saw Iza walks towards me.
"Someone's looking for you." My heart suddenly beat fast when I remember Vincent. Tsked.
"Sige, susunod na ako" I made my way towards the door and yes I'm right.
"What—What are you doing here?" he must have something to do.
"Fetching you." Vincent said nonchalantly, "And of course to give you this" he handed me the Script I needed. "Sabi ni Sky bukas nya padaw—
"Hindi naman si Sky ang nagsabi, ako mismo ang nagpa print nyan para sayo, nalaman ko kasing nabasa ang script mo." he said
"Nabasa ba talaga o umiyak ka?" he asks me.
"Of—Of course Nabasa iyon at bakit naman ako iiyak?" I nervously answered and looked away.
"Okay" he said and open the door for me "Get in. I'll give you a ride."
"Pwede ba dumaan muna tayo sa store may bibilhin lang ako" I asked he just nod and stop to the nearest store. I just buy a cup noodles, two gallons of mineral water, and biscuits and a gummy bear for Amber.
"Let's go" aya ko.
"Para saan yan?"
"Para kay amber to." I lied. I don't want him to pity me – I must survive.
"We're here" he utters, "Thank you nga pala sa paghatid. Ingat ka pauwi." I said but he's just staring at me.
"Kung manliligaw ba ako papayag ka?" he asks out of nowhere, why is he straight forward.
"Bakit paba ako magtatanong kung pwedeng ligawan nalang kita hindi ba? Gusto ko totoong girlfriend kita ayokong dahil lang sa sinabi ko." he smiled at me
"Go inside." he said and—and he ki—kissed my cheeks. I really don't know how to react and what does it mean – the only thing I know is that I am blushing.
