15 : CONFUSING

KREIA'S POV

Monday, time to go back to school. I've been resting for almost 2 weeks already since that incident happened. I can say that I'm totally fine right now, my bruises beside my lips are already fading. And also, I can't feel any pain on my cheeks and scalp.

"What if kumuha na tayo ng body guards for Kreia, John? What do you think? Para sa kaligtasan niya naman" Mom suddenly suggested to Dad while we are all seated on the dining, my lips parted out of shock.

"Ma! You don't have to!" I objected, just what the fuck? Ano ako bata? I can handle myself now that I'm already okay! No need for that!

"Kreia, we're just protecting you at all cost! Hindi na ako papayag na mangyari ulit sayo 'yon" she said with a worried tone. I understand Mom, they're just doing this so that no one will harm me again. But I can handle myself now, hindi ko na rin gustong maulit yun saakin kaya lalaban na 'ko simula ngayon. If self defense was the only choice I have, why not use it? Pero sa pagkaka-alam ko, susubok bang muli na saktan ako nang yawa girls kung ganun na ang kaparusahang natanggap nila? Maaring ma-expelled na talaga sila sa school if ever na gawin nila ulit yun saakin. Not that I'm scared if ever they'll attack me again, it's their choice. Ang akin lang, hindi naman ako lalaban kapag hindi nila ako inuunahan e.

"No need for that Luanne, let me handle things for Kreia" Dad suddenly said. But what does he means that he will handle things for me? I don't understand. Anong gagawin niya? Magha-hire ba siya ng spy? ng kung ano para lang bantayan ako? That's unbelievable! They don't have to!

"Let me handle myself, Dad" I emphasized. But I know Dad would probably do what he says, may isang salita siya kaya wala na 'kong magagawa sa kung anong plano man ang meron siya. Bahala na nga.

After eating breakfast, I bid them my goodbyes and drove my way to school. Finally, I missed going to school! Ano na kayang ganap? Though may mga notes naman na binigay sa akin si Justin at Qwyn para naman kapag bumalik ako ay hindi ako male-left out sa klase. I studied every notes that they gave me, mahirap na baka mag pa long quiz tsaka baka may mga kukunin akong quiz na hindi ko na take since na confine nga ako.

I arrived at school early 'cause of excitement but what surprised me more is a man sitting pretty on the bumper of his car with his 'masungit' face as if he's waiting for someone else. When he saw my car parked beside his, his face suddenly light up na para bang ako ang inaantay niya. Or I'm just assuming things?

Bumaba ako agad at tumungo sakanya, a geniune smile plastered on my lips. Kung ito ba naman ang bubungad sayo araw-araw sa parking sinong hindi kikiligin? He's like a prince waiting for his princess to arrive, and that princess was me. Char wamport! Nagde-day dream na naman.

"Good morning babe!" I beamed then lift up my face to met his. Nakaupo pa rin kasi siya sa bumper niya kaya kailangan kong iangat ang ulo ko para makita ko ang mukha niya. I can already smell his manly-scent kahit medyo malayo pa 'ko sakanya.

I gulped when he suddenly jumped and stood up in front of me, sobrang lapit niya sa akin. Yumuko siya para pantayan ang mukha ko dahilan para mas kumabog ng bongga ang tibok ng puso ko. He leaned closer looking at my lips! What the hell! I step backward but he held my wrist and pulled me again closer to him. I bit my lower-lip as I felt butterflies in my stomach. Yumuko rin ako dahil hindi ko na kayang titigan pa siya, nanghihina ang mga tuhod ko.

"Stop bitting your lips" he said with a husky voice! Fuck! He even lifted my chin up so he could see my heated face once again.

"J-justin" I stuttered. I closed my eyes when he touch my lips and feel the bruises beside it. How dare him making me feel like this with his just simple gestures towards me? Nangangatog ang tuhod ko palagi kapag ganito siya kalapit sa akin! I am an indeed strong woman but when it comes to Justin, I feel like I was the weakest one.
