A/N: Now for the moment I think you've all been waiting for. I hope it lives up to your expectations. Please let me know what you think and I hope you enjoy the chapter.

"I don't know," she shrugged, "I think my water just broke.

Elliot's eyes went wide and his stomach dropped. No matter how many times he had been through this, no matter how prepared he thought he was, or how much he knew what to expect, it never actually got easier.

"El," Olivia called, touching his arm and trying to get him back from his thoughts.

"Huh...yeah...sorry, I'm here," he said with a shake of his head, finding her hand and lacing their fingers together.

She ran her thumb over his knuckles, "Where'd you just go?"

He had to smile. She was in labor and probably in pain or at least some discomfort and here she was worrying about him, having to check on him and he loved her even more. "Just thinking about the last time I went through this, when Eli was born...I guess I didn't really go through all of this so I might be a little rusty...but I'm here for you, for anything you need."

The thought of Eli's traumatic birth had crossed her mind as well and as much as that had scared her, she couldn't imagine the hell he had went through that day. Olivia cupped his cheek in her hand, her thumb caressing his lips before she gently touched her lips against them, "This is different...you and me, this baby... it's different. We're in this together and everything is going to be fine." She very rarely needed to reassure him but she wanted to make sure he got the message so she took his hands and placed them against her belly, their son was moving and kicking as hard as ever. "Feel him, and know that we're okay."

Elliot rested his forehead against hers and letting out a deep breath he didn't know he was holding, "I love you."

"I love you too," she replied softly, kissing his lips once more. "Now, why don't you call Maureen or Kathleen and tell one of them to come over so they can come stay with Noah and I'll call Dr. Childs and see what needs to happen."

"Okay, I'll be back in a sec," he told her, kissing her forehead and going to grab his phone from downstairs while she called her doctor.

Hanging up the phone with Maureen, Elliot grabbed Olivia a water and made his way back up to her and was surprised to find her in Noah's room. One hand was rubbing along the side of her belly and the other stroking Noah's cheek, threading her fingers through his hair. "What's the verdict?" He asked her softly, coming up behind her and wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

"We have to head to the hospital, turns out my Braxton hicks contractions were the real thing... Baby Stabler is on his way," she told him, resting her head against his shoulder and running her finger along the side of Noah's chin. "He's gonna be a big brother."

"He's going to be the best big brother," Elliot added, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and holding her close.

"I know he will," she nodded with a smile, rubbing Noah's back.

"He'll always be your baby," he told her, kissing her temple because he knew her that well, knew that she had been extremely excited to be bringing another child into their life but constantly wanting and needing to make sure that Noah would always be her little boy, he would always be her first.

Olivia kissed Elliot's jaw, turning back to Noah and rubbing his foot, "I love you, Noah...the next time I see you, you'll have a new little brother." She took Elliot's hand and they left Noah's room, closing the door quietly and embracing on the other side.

Elliot nuzzled his nose against hers, kissing her lips softly, "Mo's picking Kathleen up and they're gonna come over, they'll be here in just a little."
