HAVING THE SAME BEST FRIEND your whole life could be something amazing for a person who doesn't like change, such as Peyton Swan.
Peyton Swan is a seventeen year old student in Los Feliz High School in Los Angeles, California. She is relatively happy, or that's what she says. She lives with her mom and her sister, hangs out with Julie and Flynn, works in a coffee shop and assists school like a regular teenager.
The only thing that makes Peyton Swan different from the rest of the girls her age is her extremely good looking, charismatic and talented childhood best friend: Luke Patterson.
Luke is the most popular guy of her school. Has a band called Sunset Curve with his friends Alex and Reggie, who regularly play at the coffee shop where Peyton works. He is funny, charming and attractive, who for some reason, doesn't date any of the people that are after him. He's always said that he isn't interested in them, and rather prefers to spend time with his friends.
Little did Peyton know that the reason Luke doesn't go on dates is because his heart beats for someone in particular. And when she finds out, she does the impossible to figure out who owns his best friend's love.
