Dixies POV

I feel addison squirm under my gaze. I mentally smirk at that but keep my composure.

"Was it funny addison" i say looking into her eyes. She looks away not being able to look me in the eye for long. I smile and lean closer into her ear.

"Was it" My voice low as my hand runs down her side to her waist. I hear her breath hitch as I pull her closer to me.

"No" she says with a shaky voice. I smile and kiss her neck softly.

"Really? So i didn't see you laughing at me I'm the bleachers with Kate? Or was that my imagination?" I question making her shiver and swallow hard.

"Answer me baby" I say kissing her softly but quickly. She leans in for more but i move my head away.

"Yes I did laugh... it was funny ok..." she confesses and i smile cheerfully.

"Good that's all I wanted to hear" I walk away and grab my bag. I look back at Addison to see her stunned and flustered.

"Who's the embarrassed one now" I say as I walk out into the locker room.

Addisons POV

I lean against the wall as Dixie walks out of the room. I feel hot everywhere and my knees are weak. I steady my breathing and calm myself down and pick up my bag I must've dropped in the middle of everything. As I walk out the locker room I check to see if my camera is ok from the fall it took. I hear a loud engine rev but I ignored it knowing it's probably a guy trying show off.

"Addison" I hear someone yell my name. I look around to see dixie getting out her car and walking to me. I feel myself start to get nervous but I can't let her see that.

"Hey are you free tonight?" She ask.

"Yes I am why?"

"I want to take you out on a date" she says smiling and grabbing my hands.

"Ok when"I say excitedly. She smiles and wraps her arms around my waist.

"I'll pick you up around 8"

"Ok so where are you taking me?" I ask curiously"

"Well I can't tell you everything now can I" she says.

"Yes you can you just don't want to" I say wrapping my arms around her neck. She smiles and pecks my lips.

"You're right" I smile and roll my eyes.

"Just dress causally ok"

"Ok... don't be nervous" I say.

"I'm never nervous for anything" she says walking away.

Few hours later

Dixies POV

"What am i suppose to do? What am I supposed to say? What if she doesn't like the date? I mean I hope she does I put a lot time and thought into it. Maybe that's not enough-"

"Dude shut up you're fine" Noah says shoving another chip in his mouth.

"Yea dix you're freaking out for nothing" charli says softly.

"I think she's right" Kate says nonchalantly. Noah laughs at her response. My eyes widen at her words and I start to freak out again.

"Kate, Noah stop" charli says hitting them both on the arm. They shrug and look back at me.

"Look don't listen to them you're fine. Right now we need to find you something to wear."

"Right. Yes. Um..." I look into my closet and look around for something that would be good for the date. I turn back around slowly with a nervous smile.

"What do you guys think I should wear" Kate groans and slaps her head.

"Just dress how you normally dress" Kate says.

"No, she needs to wear a dress and some cute sandals or shoes" charli retorts back.

"Do you think dixie would something as girly as that" they go back and forth for a while. I see Noah rolls his eyes and go into my closet. He comes out with a handful of clothes and hands it to me.

"While they are arguing, go try this on" I look at the clothes in my arm and nod. I walk into the bathroom and put it on them on. I look myself in the mirror and I like it, but I don't know if the girls outside will. I walk back into the room and see Noah trying to shut the girls up.

"Hey" they all turn to me and just stare. I shift my weight on feet and wait for something.

"I like it" charli says.

"Yea but take the jacket off" Kate says. I do as she says and take them off.

"Yea now unbutton the first two buttons of the shirt. I do so and look into the mirror. I roll up my sleeves a little and I stuff the shirt into my pants. I look towards them confidently and smiled.

"I like it"

"Same but" charli ran over to my dresser and grabbed my gold chain. I go to grab it to put it on but she swerved me and puts it on herself.

"Now that's a cold fit"  Noah says fist bumping Kate and charli. I look back into the mirror and smile.

"I just hope Addison loves it as much as y'all do" I say grabbing my watch and putting it on. I look at my phone and realized I need to leave now.

"Oh shit guys I gotta go" I grab my phone and the roses I bought her and run to the front door.

"Well bye then Damn" Noah yells to me. I ignore his comment and grab my keys to my car. I hop in and text Addison im on my way. I speed my way to Addisons house and wait for her to come out. I start to overthink everything in my head but I try to calm myself. I look over to the door and see it opening. I feel my heart rate pick up and quickly grab the roses and get out my car. Once I turn back around I see Addison in an white flowy dress with doc martens and light makeup. I feel my heart drop at her beauty and I couldn't help but smile at her. I walk up to her and hug her.

"Wow you look....gorgeous" I say looking her up and down.

"Thanks... you look hot yourself" she says shyly. I smile and look down blushing a bit.

"Thank you" I look up to see her already looking at me. We stand there looking into each other's eyes for a while until I shake out of my Thoughts and hand her the roses behind my back.

"Um... theses are for you" she grabs the roses and gently brings them to her chest.

"Thank y-"

"Addi you forgot your phone" a little boy says running out the house.

"Oh god, thank you Lucas" he smiles and looks towards me.

"You're the girl that came over the other week" I nod and smile at him.

"Do you play video games" he ask. I smile and look towards Addison.

"Lucas go back inside now and give these to mama, ok" she says kissing him on the forehead. He smiles and takes the flowers and run inside. She looks back at me and hugs me. I wrap my arms around her and hold her like if i let go she would disappear. She lets go and I hold her hand.

"You ready?" I ask.

"Always will be" she smiles at me.
