Moon Colonies News: Lonzo "Turncoat" Mandingo has been released from prison after completing his twenty-year sentence for betraying Titania by selling government secrets to their enemies, Miranda and Ariel. Through his lawyers, Lonzo had the following to say, "I'm back, baby."

Wolf had met Director Bea halfway through his journey to Venus—he was taking the other coyotes there to buy new spacecraft. Senator Logan was with the director, standing beside her as Wolf's spacecraft boarded theirs and handed over Cleopatra.

It had amazed Wolf at how quickly the director's spacecraft caught up to him after Wednesday called her—it must've been using a new type of hyper-drive. After leaving Cleopatra in Director Bea's custody, Wolf and the other coyotes got paid.

For a moment, Wolf had been thrilled. He celebrated for hours with the other coyotes: dancing to EDM, a lot of drinking—which led to them opening their GSF accounts and registering as an official team, calling themselves The Calvary.

The celebration ended with an orgy—Ragdoll didn't celebrate; she was in the cockpit talking with Wednesday—which left Wolf conflicted because they were now teammates, and they shouldn't have gotten intimate. It would make things weird.

When he woke up from the sexcapade, reality hit him like a truck at maximum speed. Through the celebration, Wolf had forgotten about the heartbroken, crying woman stuck in his spacecraft after they took away her lover.

"I'm sorry about Cleopatra," Wolf said. He sat on the chair opposite Rainbow, while she was on her bed. "I had to complete the bounty, you know that. You know how much I needed the money."

"I know," Rainbow said, catching Wolf off guard.

He tried to speak, but the words refused to come out. The sparkle in her eyes and the smile on her face weren't what he expected to see when he entered her room. She should've been in tears, hating him for what he had done. He betrayed her; she should've been kicking his ass.

"Why do you look surprised?" she asked.

"I mean—" He puffed out air from his mouth, not knowing what to say. First, he was mad at her for lying to him, waiting for her to wake up so he could learn the truth about who or what she was. Then everything with Cleopatra happened and he... he felt as though he was the one in the wrong. "Why are you happy?"

"Can I not be happy to see my best friend?"

"I'm still your best friend? Even after what I did?"

She patted the space on the bed. "Come and sit."

Wolf stood, cautiously and slowly, and went to sit next to her. He gulped, fearing her smile was an act and she might strangle him. Cleopatra was Rainbow's first and only love, and he had seen the horrible shit people did in the name of love. He'd understand if she hated him.

"We have been through too much for me to stop being friends with you," she said. "Did I love Cleo? Very much. My heart burns when she is far from me, and I feel like I am losing my mind when I cannot see or touch her. I did not know love could be like this, and it is terrible."
