Hamako's P.O.V

I'm seven years old and come from the Hidden mist village, also known as the Blood Mist. I was currently walking through a forest drinking my water to help me stay hydrated.

It has been almost four days since I left the Hidden Mist village. You're probably wondering why I was out here traveling through the forest when I was only about only seven years old.

Flashback

Me and my twin brother Suigestu we're outside training together while waiting for our older brother Mangestu to get home.

"One day, I will become a member of the Seven swordsmen of the Mist just like big brother Mangestu," Suigestu said, swinging his sword towards me.

"I can see that happening, my twin brother. You gotten good with that sword big brother gave you," I said swing my sword.

"So have you, my sister," Suigestu said.

After an hour of sparing, we see a jounin heading over towards us.

"Are you two Hamako and Suigestu?" He asked.

"Yes," We both nodded.

"I'm sorry to say this, but your older brother is dead," he said.

I could feel tears building up in my eyes. After telling us the news, the Jounin then left.

"No big brother Mangestu," I said, trying not to cry.

"Well, if big brother Mangestu. I'm leaving the village," Suigestu said.

"I thought you were going to join the Seven swordsmen of the Mist," I said.

"I was but with the only family left other than you dead. I want to get stronger and one day collect all of the swords and learn to master all the swords. That my new dream," Suigestu said.

"I want to become stronger, but instead, I want to start a new life in a new village," I said.

"Well, then I guess we will be going different ways to achieve our dreams," Suigestu said, smiling at me.

"Yeah, but hopefully, one day, we will run into each other again, and when we to we should fight to see who got stronger," I said, smiling at him with tears in my eyes.

"Yeah," he said, smiling back at me.

Flashback ends

**

After a few more hours of walking, I noticed I was coming up to a gate that leads to the village. I believe I was called the Hidden Leaf village.

As I approached the gate, I saw two people standing by the gates.

"Um... Hello," I said, walking over to the gate.

"Who are you, child, and what is your business in Konoha?" One of the people at the gate said.

"I'm here to speak with Hokage about living here," I replied nervously. The two Chuinn glanced at each other then back at me.

"Alright, you may enter," they said.

I quietly thanked them and walked inside. I was just happy they didn't question me about the sword my brother gave me.

**

As I was walking towards what looked like the Hokage tower. I ended bumping into someone.

I looked up to see a sliver hair guy standing in front of me.

"Sorry," I said.

"Where are you going, kid, especially with that sword?"

"I'm here to talk with the Hokage, and this sword was a birthday gift," I said, strapping my water bottle into my pants.

"I see. Follow me, kid. I take you to see the Hokage," The silver hair guy said.

"Okay," I said, following him.

**

When we arrived at the Hokage office, the guy then knocked on the door.

"Come in!" I heard a voice say.

I then followed the guy inside and saw an older man sitting at the desk and realized that he must be the Hokage.

"Kakashi, what brings you here?" He asked. "And who is this child with you?" he asked, looking at me.

"I don't know Lord Hokage. She just said she was here to talk with you," The guy named Kakashi asked.

"I see well, young one. What is your name?" The hokage asked, smiling at me.

"My name is Hamako Hōzuki," I replied.

"Well, Hamako Hozuki, what is a member of a clan from the Hidden Mist doing her?" He asked.

"Well my, a few days ago, my older brother Mangestu Hōzuki died. So I left the village hoping to find a new home. I do have a twin brother, but we went different ways to achieve our dreams. So it's just me, no other family,"  I replied.

"I see, my dear child," he said. "You are welcome to stay in the village.

"Thank you, Hokage," I said, bowing. "One question where will I live?"

"Kakashi," The hokage said.

"Yes, Lord hokage," Kakashi said.

"I will like Hamako to stay with you," The Hokage said.

"I understand," Kakashi said.

"Also, I would like her to be at the Academy tomorrow,"  The hokage said.

"The academy?" I said. "I don't know if that a great idea. I might not fit in. Things seem so different here,"  I said nervously.

"It will be fine. I know the Hidden Mist traditions are different from the Hidden Leaf, but you get used to it," The Hokage said smiling.

"Okay. I will be at the Academy tomorrow," I said.

"Good, you may leave now."

"Yes, Lord Hokage,"  Kakashi said."Come on, Hamako, you can stay in my guest room," Kakashi said as I followed him outside of the Hokage's office.
