"Paperwork is gonna be the death of me," Prentiss sighs, leaning back in her chair.

Spencer grins at her, tapping his pencil against the edge of his desk. "Paperwork is fun."

"You're not human," she grumbles, standing up and stretching.

Spencer laughs softly before setting his pencil down, heading over to the little kitchen area. He grabs a cup, fixing himself some coffee. Pushing his glasses up his nose, he glances over at Y/n's desk, smiling as he watches her scribbling on the file in front of her, her tongue poking out of the corner of her mouth.

It's been two weeks since that day outside of his apartment—so just over two weeks since she relapsed. She looks healthy. The circles underneath her eyes are gradually getting lighter, her mood is increasing every day. She's still craving, which is completely understandable, but she hasn't used since her relapse. And Spencer's very proud of how strong she's being.

He fixes her a cup of coffee, making it just the way he likes before gripping both his cup and hers, walking over to her desk. He sets the cup down in front of her, and she looks up at him, a smile on her face.

"Thanks," she whispers.

"Mhm, no problem." He leans against her desk, taking a sip of his coffee. "How are you feeling?"

She nods, taking her own small sip. "I feel pretty good today."

Spencer smiles at her. "Good."

She holds his gaze, and Spencer notices a light blush creep into her cheeks, which causes Spencer to blush. He averts his gaze, smiling at the ground like a fucking idiot as he sips his coffee. Warmth blooms in his chest and spreads throughout his body, his eyes flicking back up to meet Y/n's.

"I, uh, should get back to doing paperwork," he whispers.

"Thanks for the coffee," she replies, giving him a small smile.

He nods, turning around, heading back to his desk. He sits back down at his desk, picking up his pencil, getting back to his paperwork. He scribbles on the piece of paper, occasionally sipping his coffee. He pushes his glasses up his nose, filling out the last line of the paperwork before signing it, putting his pencil on his desk. Downing the rest of his coffee, he gets up, stretching as he walks to Hotch's office.

He knocks three times before walking in, Hotch glancing up from his desk. He gives Spencer a small smile as he sets the paperwork down. He grins back before turning around, walking out of the office. He sees Morgan talking to Garcia at his desk, Prentiss back at her own desk, trying to finish paperwork. Agent Todd is walking around the bullpen, heading back into her office. Y/n's straightening her paperwork by tapping it on her desk before standing to walk to Hotch's office.
