(Y/n) saw all the new hashira standing before her. She's been informed that there were quiet a few new pillars. Of course the trio of idiots were the water pillars, the tokito twins were the mist pillars, Rengoku Kyojuro was the new flame pillar, Kocho Shinobu was the insect pillar, Gyomei was the new rock pillar, Obanai Iguro was the new serpent pillar, and there was a love pillar in training. Of course they didn't even know (Y/n) was back.
That was until she walked out onto the engawa. Everyone's heads snapped to her, their eyes widening as soon as they saw her.
There was a feeling... it wasn't happiness... but something deeper than that.
"(Y/n)!" Two of the trio of idiots called out. The rest of the pillars (minus gyomei, sanemi, and obanai) went up to (Y/n) and pulled her into a tight hug.
(Y/n) was startled and once again tensed under their embraces.
"We missed you!" Muichiro said clinging to (Y/n) like a koala. (Also remember his brother is alive so he is still a happy bby ;))
(Y/n) would never admit it but she had a small soft spot for Muichiro and Yuichiro. Sure they acted odd sometimes but... they reminded her of herself.
"Good to see you to...?" (Y/n) said back, but it sounded more like a question than a reply.
"Welcome back (Y/n)." A soothing voice called out. At that moment all the pillars jumped off the engawa and bowed in respect to their leaders.
"Who are you?" A voice hissed at (Y/n). (Y/n) looked up in the tree, already knowing who he was.
"(L/n) (Y/n) the wisteria pillar or co-leader of the demon slayer Corp if you prefer." (Y/n) answered formally. Obanai then remembered that the other pillars had mentioned another leader.
"Forgive my disrespect (L/n)-sama." Obanai immediately apologized. (Y/n) just hummed and turned her attention to the other pillars.
"As you can tell I am back from my year long mission. You might be wondering where I went... which I won't tell you." (Y/n) said flatly.
Timeskip after the meeting
The meeting was basically about what intel (Y/n) had collected on this long mission. Though the location of which she got this information was never mentioned. And if it was questioned (Y/n) would flat out ignore them or say it was none of their business. Though during the meeting they saw how matured (Y/n) had gotten she had gotten taller, her hair was now a bit longer, and ahem she'd gotten curvier.
(Y/n) walked out of the engawa, ready to go to her estate and relax. (Y/n) then noticed Kiriya in the garden, since he was never really aloud to go out places. (Keep in mind that in this Kiriya will be 13 and keep in mind the legal age to date is 10 :/)
"Hello (Y/n)-sama." Kiriya greets turning away from the wisteria tree to looks at (Y/n).
She just nodded her head and stood next to him. "Can you teach me?" Kiriya blurted out. (Y/n) looked at him in a questioning manner, wondering what he meant. "I mean, can you teach me to use a sword?" (Y/n) knew how protective both of his parents could be, so she pondered it for a moment.
"Something tells me he will need it in the future..." (Y/n) thought about it, her gut feeling saying she should do it. So she nodded, making a gentle smile appear on Kiriya's face. He was a bit taller than (Y/n) standing at 5'2 while (Y/n) was only 5'1 despite her age. (Author-San is only 5'1 and in 8th grade 😢)
"We can start now." (Y/n) said starting to walk. Kiriya followed behind her, showing that she was of a higher status than him. (They actually do this, if you walk next to someone than that means you're of the same status.)
"No need to walk back there, come walk next to me." (Y/n) said. She never really liked the whole status higher than you thing. Except for when restaurants knew about the demon slayer Corp and said hashira get free food. Then and only then is when she will willingly give out the info that she's a hashira.
Kiriya nodded and followed next to her, "So why do you want to learn?" Kiriya thought about her question for a moment before answering.
"My father always wanted to be a slayer, but he is too weak. So I'll carry out his dream for him." Kiriya answered. (Y/n) thought it was foolish of him to ignore the fact that he was just as frail as his father. "Why did you agree to teach me?"
(Y/n) didn't know how to explain her gut feeling but she tried to put it into words, "Well... if something happens to the pillars... even me you could be this information." (Y/n) said hesitating in the middle of her sentence. She for once didn't notice how Kiriya's face momentarily fell hearing that harm could come her way.
"Oh okay..." Kiriya trailed off. (Y/n) then led him up a tall mountain, in the middle of waking Kiriya started coughing. (CoRoNa ViRuS- (slapped) okay I'll go now)
"What's wrong with you?" (Y/n) asked bluntly. It sounded a bit more cold than she intended but she just shrugged it off.
"It's nothing im just a bit tired." Kiriya answered. (Y/n) had to resist scoffing at the fact that he was tired from walking and that their training wasn't even started. But she held it in and bent down to a coughing Kiriya.
"I'll carry you." (Y/n) said bluntly. Kiriya almost blushed from hearing this, he tried to refuse but his coughs cut him off. (Y/n) then picked him up bridal style, making Kiriya try not to blush.
"Let's go." (Y/n) said, she started walking daily up the mountain. At some point her eyes closed, but somehow she didn't run into anything, nor did she stumble or trip. But this face Kiriya the chance to look at her face in more detail. She never let anyone this close to her, so he was pretty surprised when she licked him up. He noted how silky her hair was, how radiate her skin was, but also examined her scar. He could easily see how much more jagged it was from up close, and you could easily tell how deep it was.
"If you keep staring you just might drill holes into my skull." (Y/n) said still keeping her eyes closed. Kiriya immediately looked away blushing, kind of embarrassed he was caught staring.
After a few minutes Kiriya saw rows and rows of wisteria trees and in the middle of it all, their was a huge traditional Japanese mansion.
(Y/n) thought she was lucky that no one caught them walking to estate. But she thought to soon...
"(Y/n)-sama!" A voice called out to her. (Y/n) slowly and carefully turned around ready to kill someone till she saw who it was. It was-
