We were eating silently when Papa broke the silence.
"I just want to inform you that we're not going home after this. Pupunta tayo to our business partners to introduce your my son-in-law and invite them to your wedding."
"But I thought hindi pa tapos yung mga invitations hon?" Mama asked.
"I'll just send it to them if it's already done hon." Mama nodded.
"Pearl." Tanzanite called.
"What?" He pouted his lips like pointing something.
"Huh?" He still did the same.
"Gago. You want a kiss?" He shook his head.
I raised one of my eyebrows.
"You have a rice on your lips and a little bit of stain." He bit his lips to stop himself from laughing.
He handed me a tissue and was about to wipe it.
"Ako na. I have hands." I rolled my eyes.
"You're so cute." He winked.
"Tsss."
