*THE NIGHT PRIOR TO MEW'S ILLNESS*

Waking up interlocked into Mew's arms. I gave a careful glance at his face, as I quietly crawled out of his arms.

Searching for my phone that he took in our earlier argument, I stepped out the room.

One chance.

Taking a deep frightening breath, I dialed the number.

To my suprise the receiver answered it.

"I'll be there before noon tomorrow."

"We'll be expecting you."

*Beep*

The excessive anxiety and panic, making me end the call really quick.

Can I really do this?

Will I be abel to do this?

Fuck!

Feeling my breathing escalating I quickly squat down, hands on my forhead, now brushing over my head.

The sooner you get there. The sooner you can leave.

Gathering myself up, I quietly, but quickly entered the room and took a rush shower.

Going through mews sweater drawer, I grabbed a grey turtle neck, and black pants.

Grabbed my wallet, and car keys and ran out of the house.

If I can rush it should only be a two hours drive there, spend one hour with them and then drive back home.

I should be home before noon, unlike what I had planned.

Getting in my car, my emotions only rose higher because it made me realize that I'm doing this.

I'm meeting my family after almost 5 years.

*Arriving at Gulf's House.*

It was almost 3 in the morning when I arrived at my family's mansion.

Parking the car at the front of the house, I honked for the gate keeper.

Watching the gate open, I drove into the compound of the mansion.

In the headlights of my car, the garden seemed green but with light fading.

2 minutes of driving, I finally reached the fountain that was a few feet away from the grand entrance.

Turning off my car, I took a deep breathe and stepped out.

Walking to the doors I pushed it open, because I know my family aren't people who lock doors.

Stepping inside, the place was dark indicating they were all asleep.

I will just go to my old room and wake up with them.

Heading for the stairs, I saw as the living room lights turned on.

Turning I saw my father sitting in the chair with his computer closed.

"Can't even say hello." He said to me.

That's the first thing you say to your son after 5 years.

"I would but communication works both ways." I aimed back.

Getting off the sofa, he walked towards the staircase, stopping a feet from where I was.

"Anyways, why are you here so early? We discussed to meet tomorrow."
