I pull my hood up against the rain and walk faster, hoping to get out of it before it really turns to shit.
The rain starts falling heavier as I splash through puddles, cursing for not bringing an umbrella.
I'm so busy being annoyed at myself, I bump into someone. Namely, Klaus.

"the hell are you doing out here??"

I ask him, grabbing onto his shoulder to stop myself from falling into the gutter.

"I could ask you the same thing."

He says, tucking something into his pocket.
I raise an eyebrow at him.

"drugs?"

He nods and shows me the small bag he'd bought, grinning slightly.

"I didn't have enough money for my usual so this will have to do."

I just nod and pull him under a bus shelter near by.

"want some?"

He asks, pulling out a pill. I shake my head.

"nah, all yours."

Klaus winks at me as he  swallows it.

"we should do this more often."

He says.

"do what? We haven't done anything."

Klaus shrugs and flops down on one of the seats, his coat dripping water everywhere.

"don't you like hanging out with me?"

"no, of course I do"

I say.

"we're just not really doing much."

I sit down next to him. He leans his head on my shoulder and sighs.

My heart rate picks up.

"doesn't matter. It's still nice, isn't it?"

I nod slightly and push my hair out of my eyes.

The rain starts to stop as we sit there.

"I should be going."

He says, standing up.

"want to come with?"

He asks, turning on me, smirking.

"wait, what?"

I sit still. Klaus sighs and pulls me up.

"c'mon."

He says with another wink before moving out from under the bus shelter and strutting off a little way. I walk after him, ending up jogging to catch up.

"hello again."

He says, smirking at me as I fall into step beside him. I nod awkwardly, not trusting myself to speak.

"y'know how we've been friends for ages?"

He says.
I nod again, conscious of my probably red face.

"well, what if I told you that I wanted more then that?"

He makes hand gestures and stares at me, waiting for me to respond, looking slightly nervous.
All I can do is nod as he unlocks his front door and stands aside for me to go in.

"well?"

He looks at me again, waiting for an actual reply.

"yeah."

I say, looking at his pretty eyes.

"yeah, that'd be cool."

"wonderful."

He grins and hands me a can of beer.

"its 2 pm, Klaus."

I roll my eyes as he shrugs and sips his.
He looks hesitantly at me as I put down my can and sit at his kitchen table, the chair I chose having uneven legs, wobbling all over the fucking place.

"are you sure?"

He asks.

"about what?"

"you know, being with me of all people."

I nod.

"yeah."

I hold his hand and stand up, leaning closer to him. To my delight, Klaus doesn't pull away, but leans into me, pulling my arms around his waist. I grin to myself as I go to kiss him. He kisses back straight away, wrapping his arms around me.

Klaus takes my hand from around his waist and turns, pulling me down the hallway and into his bedroom.
