To Tyrne the hero takes his prize
To lay before his masters eyes.
Thus proving task he finished well
By slaying beast from deepest hell.

And king again does run and hide
When coming hero tyrant spies.
"Now twice this man my chore completes
Though nether time was easy feat.

I must now grant him gravest task
If king in hero's death will bask."
At gates the hero waits with heads
From swamp where hydra lays now dead.

And calls for third of task from king
That serving wretch might freedom bring
To demi-god who owes divines
A penance great for grievous crime.

"Command your servant king of Tyrne
I wait to finish third of turns."
And jar where king was hid did shake
In fear his body trembling quakes.

Then thought did come to wicked king
"I ask he Selene's hind does bring
That beast who bears the golden horns
Whose hooves of bronze the land has torn

The hunting goddess claims that beast
That roams the land so far in east.
Her fav'rite creature roving hind
Who's brightest sheen in sun does blind.

If demi-god the beast does kill
Her thirst for vengeance god will fill.
By hunting demi-god with hate
To bring an end to heros fate.

And even mightiest man on earth
Can't measure up to goddess worth.
She's sure to slay the godling fast
If hind his wretched hand do clasp."

So king did give the hero quest
A plan to rid his court of pest.
