"We would make the perfect duo!"
"Sure. Come back to me when I benefit from this."
"Uh, you get to be my best friend?"
"Do better, Weasley."

That next week passed by quickly. When he was escorted back to the Great Hall, Dumbledore was there and made sure to scold him. Apollo could have sworn he threw the name Harry Potter in there at one point. Then he was pushed back inside, and forced to go to sleep, as if that was possible.
On Sunday, he filled in Cedric and Adrian of what happened to him, excluding the part about sneaking into the Forbidden Forest. The school had been buzzing with excitement, and George approached him again to compliment him on his comment that had annoyed Percy.
Monday, classes were hard for the teachers. Students could not stop talking about Sirius Black, and whether or not he would come back. How he had entered in the first place. Tuesday was more or less the same. As was Wednesday.
Finally, on Thursday, things seemed to calm down. Apollo had Quidditch practice that night. They worked hard, as usual, but also blew off some steam. Even Sammy did not seem to be their cheerful self. The threat loomed. What if Sirius Black returned?
Now it was Friday. Apollo was just trying to enjoy his day, but Adrian kept teasing him about getting detention from "the chillest teacher", as he put it.
"I mean, you must be a terrible student!" Adrian was saying as they made their way out of their Charms class, which they had together.
"Oh, please," Apollo said with a playful scoff. "Like you haven't gotten detention a million times for sneaking weed into class."
Adrian put his hands up in defense. "Going there, wow. I'll have you know, I haven't been caught a single time this week," He said proudly.
"A new record, is it?"
Adrian slapped his friend with a laugh. "Oh, you turned this around! You're smart."
"Not smart enough to avoid detention~" Cedric sang as he joined the two.
"Not you too," Apollo complained, though he smiled.
Cedric bumped his friends side playfully. "You love us," He stated with a smile. "Besides, Lupin's nice. He won't make you do anything bad, I'm betting."
Apollo snorted. "Or he's pissed at me for putting Harry Potter's life in danger, like every other Gryffindor teacher."
Adrian opened his mouth to reply, when he suddenly scowled. "Speak of the devil."
Walking towards the three boys was Rubeus Hagrid, who taught them Care of Magical Creatures. Only Cedric took the class. Adrian was not a fan of the professor, but it might just be the favoritism towards Gryffindor. It seemed that, for some unknown reason, most teachers preferred Gryffindor students to those of other houses. It was something that often got on Adrian's nerves, though he tried to be respectful and never spoke up.
Adrian tried to pull his friends aside to hide, but it was too late. They had been noticed. Hagrid approached them with a friendly smile that made Apollo sick. Smiling at random students in the hall? At least Snape did not do that. I made the kids feel forced to smile back, and that was one thing that Apollo would not do.
