I stood in front of the camera and blinked. Dejhari gifted me this cameras so I could start up my Youtube channel. I promised him that I would record a video today so I was doing just that.
"Hey, My name is Kataleya but you can call me Mama. Everybody calls me Mama, This ids my first youtube video so I'm a bit nervous.." I said with a a small chuckle.
"Anywho, Today I will be doing a video about myself. I asked my followers on Instagram to ask me some questions about myself and shockingly, they did. So lets get into the video.." I said unlocking my phone.
"Ok, the first question is.." I started off before smoothing out my lip gloss. "Is Kataleya your real name? Did your mom name you after the girl from Columbiana?"
"Um- Actually no. My name is Kataleya and my mom named me this because my late grandfather was Columbian and a Cataleya was his favorite flower to give to my grandmother so my mom named me Kataleya because she says that I was a gift that saved my grandmother from depression when my grandfather died.." I explained.
"Ok, next question says.." I said looking down at my phone. "How old are you?"
"I am 17, I just turned 17 earlier this year.."
"If you could live anywhere, where would that be?"
"I wanna move to Jacksonville. My mom is from Jacksonville but when she had me she moved us up outta there..." I said before laughing a little.
"How many fights have you been in?"
"I've actually only been in two fights in my whole life. I see people doing storytimes about their first fights and I woudn't mind doing one as well. Just comment below and let me know if you guys want that.."
"How would you describe your personality?"
"Ummm.." I started off. "I think that I'm kind but I do say things that people may take as mean. Also, I'm very honest and I don't lie. I don't see the point in lying, I'm very blunt and at times I do get very angry and when I do, I curse but I try not to say bad words because you never know who is around, you know what I mean?"
"Alright, next question is..Do you believe in love at first sight?"
I chuckled. "Absolutely not. How can you be in love with someone you barely know? That's delusion at it's finest. I don't understand it, It's stupid.."
"Do you have any pets?"
"Uh- Yes. I have a dog, her name is Laila. She's so rude too, like especially to my friend. She doesnt like him at allll!" I said before laughing.
"What's your nickname?"
"My friends call me Mama and my special friend calls me Muga. He says that I'm mean and that I mug too much so he named me that.." I explained.
