It had taken forever... well figuratively. To convince Anna to do it, last year she had had seven therapists and all of them had given up on her after a month or two, and she was not exactly pleased about the idea that she had to see yet another person who could give up on her, but nonetheless Carlisle had managed to convince her to go see a friend of his four times weekly as a start up.
Another thing Carlisle had done for the girl that she was unendingly grateful for was that he had talked to her schools principal about letting the girl graduate early, and after hearing about 'the incident' as they had taken to calling her suicide attempt, he agreed almost immediately, Anna was after all a start student, even if she wasn't very good at actually showing up to class.
So to repay Carlisle for his kindness, she went to see the therapist, Saoirse, without complaints, that however didn't mean she intended to cooperative.
