A week later after school

Deku was turned around refilling the donuts on the rack, he heard the door open.

Deku
"Good afternoon, welcome to Patties' donut shop. What would you like today?"

Eri
"Hello, Mr. Deku! Can I have a chocolate donut!"

Deku smiled, grabbing the chocolate donut.

Deku
"Mr. Aziawa, Present Mic, Shiso, Denki? Want a donut?"

Aziawa
" Izuku, why are you working? Shouldn't you be at home with your aunt? Doing your homework?"

Deku was alright annoyed because of the rude customer before.

Deku
"A, I need money to pay my bill, loans, and for food so I can eat. Also need it to pay for school. B, I never knew my aunt she died before I was born. C, I don't do my homework until about eleven or twelve when I get off my third shift...So, you need to pay for the donut... That will be 3.75."

Aziawa hands him the cash and tells everyone to go without him.

Aziawa
"Izuku meet me after class tomorrow."

Deku
"Okay, bye Mr. Aziawa!"

After Deku's second shift at the record shop

Shinso
"Deku..."

Deku
"Oh hey, Shinso need something?"

Shinso
"I got you something."

Shinso handed Deku a bag. He opened it and they were a pair of shoes with wheels on them.

Shinso
"I know how hard it is going to multiple shifts of work and running halfway across the school, it's hard to be on time. The wheels reversed by taping the back of the heel."

Deku
"Thank you Shinso! That will be a major help."

Shinso
"I better go before dad catches onto me. Bye Deku see you tomorrow!"

Deku
"Bye!"

Deku takes off his red boots and puts on the white skates shins gave him. He skates to his third shift.

The next day at school

Deku skates to class 1A and before he entered put the wheels away.

Deku
"Good morning Kacchan!"

Bakugo
"Moring nerd. The old hags' cooking your favorite again. Want to come for dinner?"

Deku
"Sure, 6:30 again?"

Bakugo
"Yep."

After class everyone but Deku leaves.

Aziawa
"Izuku, how long have you been working like this?"

Deku
"Since my mother died which was almost three years ago."

Aziawa
"Izuku how on earth are you renting? You're 16!"

Deku
"Well-"

Aziawa
"How many hours do you sleep?!"

Deku
"2-3 hours."

Aziawa
"Well, what are your plans today?"

Deku
"Work my two-hour shift at the donut shop, and my other two shifts I'm off for today, kacchan invited me to dinner again, then go home to do my homework the go to sleep at about 2 a.m."

Aziawa
"Your eating dinner with Bakugo today?"

Deku
"Yeah, last week we played Mario Kart!"
