Chapter 19

Bella ran after Dylan everyday and night. She never left his side and made Amber jealous.

One Thursday afternoon, It was the very last day of 7th grade. No more tests, teachers and no more Bella! Amber caught up with Dylan to say hello,

"Hi, Dylan." Amber said.

"I can't talk right now." Dylan whispered.

Then he left looking afraid. Bella must be making him feel angry.

Amber felt angry then walked up to Bella, "Hey! Where's Dylan?" Amber asked.

"Ooh. He isn't into you, sorry." Bella chuckled.

"Leave him alone." Amber yelled.

Then the bell rang to leave school.

When Amber got home, she got many texts on her phone.

This is their conversation:

U: Go to the downtown river tonight.

A: Ok. Who's U?

U: Unknown. Duh!

A: How did you get this information?

U: That is none of your concern.

A: Okay. What if i don't go?

U: You will regret it.

A: Okay. Fine.

Amber didn't know who was on the another end of that conversation. Who was it?

At exactly 6PM, Amber got a visitor... Dylan!!!!

*doorbell rings*

"Dylan! Right now isn't a good time." Amber said.

"Look. Where are you going?" Dylan asked.

"Downtown river" Amber answered.

"Please don't leave. You will get hurt." Dylan screamed.

"You can't come nor stop me. I gotta go." Amber replied.

Amber shut the door and went through the backdoor. Amber wasn't gonna let Dylan or anyone stop her.

When Amber arrived, no one was there. She was beginning to wonder if this was a major trap. Then she heard footsteps, noise and breathing. She knew she was in a great deal of trouble. "You listened to my orders" The person said.

"I had to. What do you want?" Amber nervously asked.

"For you to give up on finding your parents." The person answered.

"Never. No one will stop me!" Amber shouted.

"I knew you would say that." The person whispered.

*BOOM*

Then Dylan arrived just in time. The person ran away and Dylan ran towards Amber.

"NOOO!! IM SO SORRY!" Dylan screamed.

"I....have.......always........loved....you." Amber said as she grasped for air.
