Nikki's pov

"You know nikki i never wanted to date mads" Jaden says and it catches me off guard

"Huh"

"I didn't want to date her. She forced me she blackmailed me into doing it" jaden sighs

"Oh"

"I like you Nikki I'm sorry. I felt bad when i saw the interview of you finding out. It made me sad because when i started dating mads when she forced me i felt not ok i was miserable. And plus you wouldn't talk to me" jaden says and i stay quiet

"I was mad. All the boys got close with you a-and you didn't even talk to me. It was kinda my fault though. I miss you. Well i missed you your here right now. After New Years i don't know i really really like you Nikki do you still like me" he asks. Ok that's a lot to take in. I do like Jaden but i don't want a relationship right now. After everything that happened i don't know I'm not ready for a relationship yet. Well not dating yet

"I do like you Jaden i still do" i sigh and i see he turns over facing me. How did i even get in this position. I turn facing him too and he looks at me right in my eyes

"But I'm not ready for a relationship jaden" i sigh

"That's ok I'll wait for you"

"You sure it might be a while" I say

"I'm sure. We could be. You know exclusive or talking. Not necessarily together but together kinda. It's just complicated. Because I don't know what the fuck we were before but yeah" jaden says putting his hand on my check pushing a piece of my hair behind my ear sending butterflies into my stomach as I think

"Hmm before we were just a pair of besties" I say and he laughs slightly

"There THATS what we could be a pair of besties who's occasionally kiss" jaden smirks

"You sure about the kissing part" I raise my eyebrow at him joking
"Yeah I'm sure of it" he laughs. He leans in for a kiss and of course I kiss him back. It's was long and passionate. It felt good to be honest. Oop I didn't not just think that. Oh god. We pull away from the kiss and Jaden smiles at me.

His eyes look tired but happy now. No sadness is left in his eyes. Weird. He looks happy. He has dark circles under his eyes like he hasn't slept in days

He pulls me into a hug. Into his chest which is warm and we wraps his arms around my head

"Thank you for Saving me. Thank you for talking me out of it well thank you for pulling me over" jaden says

"You welcome" I giggle wrapping my free arm around him as he pulls me even closer if that's even possible. We stay there for a few moments until we hear boys yelling and running and the door to the room opens and the boys quiet down I'm guessing once they see me and Jaden cuddling. I hear someone take a picture and then the door closes

Oh god no. Jaden doesn't even say anything he only laughs. He had his back to the door so you could only see my arm And his back also maybe my hair. All of the sudden my phone starts ringing. Great way to ruin the moment

Jaden let's go of me and I walk over to my phone. Oh great it's Dixie

Dixie | me

"Yes Dixie"

"Nikkii where are you can you pick me up from the hype house pleaseeee" she begs

"I'm somewhere but can you wait"

"Nooo pick me up now please charlis at home mom and dad are busy" Dixie begs

"Ok fine I'll be there soon" I sigh

"TANK YOU NIKKEYE" Dixie says and I hang up the phone

"Sorry jaden I gotta go Dixie needs me to pick up my sister. I'll see you tomorrow maybe or whenever. Happy birthday" I say gathering my things

"Waittt can I have a gift before you leave" jaden says asking as I was about to walk out the door

"Like what" I ask confused pushing my glasses up and they rested at the top of my head

"A kiss maybe" jaden asks looking at the ground shyly. This guy- really?!?

"I thought we were just a pair of besties" I tease

"I thought we agreed on exclusive or talking" jaden smirks walking over to me

"Or did we" I joke

"Ahh yes we did now come here it's my birthday" jaden says putting his hands on my waist pulling me closer to him and he stares into my eyes again.

I cup his face with my hands and I give him a kiss. A long kiss again. I then pull away to kiss him on the cheek

"Ok now I gotta pick up Dixie see ya later" I pull away from jaden and walk out the door

"I'll text you" he calls when I walk out the room. I walk down the stairs of the sway house to the foyer where I walk out of the sway house and get to my car and drive to hype house

At the hype house

When I get to the hype house dixies waiting outside already and she gets right into the car. There was no one waiting out there with her so she just gets in right away. I start driving to our house and we get there in no time. No cars there at all it's just our house
