thought I found a way..

thought I found a way out..

but you never go away, so I guess I gotta stay now

oh I hope someday I'll make it out of here

even if it takes all night or a hundred years...

Darkness.

Pitch black, echoing darkness.

I don't know how I got to this point,

*flashbacks*

"It's your eleventh birthday"

-

"Oh, and just because of your little show just now, have fun trying to get what you need for school"

-

"Timothee LaFontaine darling"

-

"it is elder wood," my eyes shot up to meet his, "Veela hair, phoenix feather, and dragon heart string core, 11 and a 1/2 inches, sturdy, and very, very powerful"

-

"I'm Leo, Leo Dupont"

-

"Welcome to Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, Miss Alarie"

-

"hi, I'm Cedric Diggory"

-

"I love you Belle, more than anything"

-

"Along with Miss Orpington"

-

"I wish I were Heather.."

*end of flashbacks*

and I definitely don't know how I'll get out.

I woke up, my head aching with pain, my body not willing to move an inch, and my heart still causing me more pain than both of those combined.

I finally decided to open my eyes to see where I was and was only met with the blinding white lights of the hospital wing.

"ugh" I moaned out, the bright lights causing the headache to worsen

"Belle?" I heard a tired voice say next to me

I looked over as much as I could to see who was sitting next to me, only to be met with honey curls and stormy gray eyes.

"Cedric? Why are you here" I sighed, laying back down next on my pillow and closing my eyes

"doesn't matter, how are you feeling?" he asked, concern lacing his voice

"like death. What even happened anyways?" I groaned as another wave of pain washed over me

"you were singing, then all of a sudden you noticed the crowd that had gathered outside the room of requirement and you ran off, tears in your eyes, and then as you were running down the first flight of stairs you slipped and fell over the edge and landed on a shifting staircase on the second floor. You landed on the railing, fracturing your spine, and your head smashed down to and fractured a bit of your skull." he explained, his eyes glassing over as he went on, "I thought I lost you, I-I thought I had lost the love of my life." he finished, the fear tears running down his face
