minecraft championship. an event that meredith excelled at. in all three times she participated, she and her team had gotten top three each time, with meredith herself getting at least second place solo. she was best at parkour and pvp, the teamwork ones she was alright at. she improved throughout each event, getting faster and better each time.
it had been two weeks since she joined the dreamsmp, and one week until mcc. the teams were to be announced later that day, and she was excited and nervous about it at the same time. she really hoped that she would get people she knew, seeing as she would be a lot more relaxed with them.
for now, she was just doodling in a little nook area she made in her apartment, drawing sketches of whatever came to mind. she decided to post it on twitter before the teams were announced to give her something to focus on before that.

one week later filled with practicing and meredith attempting to get karl better at various minigames, it was saturday, the day of the mcc. meredith woke up that morning with slightly shaky hands, but shook herself out of it and got ready for the day. since she was going to be sitting at her computer for at least three hours, she decided to wear just joggers and a jumper with a hood.
