Diana's POV

I smiled, as I saw Sunoo go out of the room. Tired, I turned around, thinking of sitting down for a minute to catch my breath but to my surprise, I saw Jake sitting there, looking at me intently with his deep brown eyes.

"You were here all this time?" I asked him, a bit surprised, as I saw no one else apart from both of us in the room. He stood up and walked up to me, his gaze still on me.

"I was interested in seeing the match so I thought, 'why not'?" He said, as he continued to bore eyes into me, a small smile on his lips.

"You want one match too?" I asked him, a playful smirk plastered on my face. He shook his head, a smile still tugging on his lips.

"Sunoo was the best one. I'll beat you in something else, princess. This is not my thing." He said, as he walked closer to me, leaving almost no gap between us. I chuckled darkly at his statement, as I leaned ahead, such that my mouth was right beside his ear.

"I would love to see you try." I spoke softly, after which I backed up, leaving the room.

Sunghoon's POV

"Why don't we learn archery from Diana?" Heeseung said, as he reloaded his gun for another round. I shrugged my shoulders, as I pressed the trigger, my bullet hitting the center of my target.

"Why? Are these not enough?" Ni-Ki asked, pointing at the gun in his hand, as he shot one right in the center of the target. He was one of the crack shot of the group.

"We have a chance for learning something new. It can come handy anytime though." Heeseung said, shrugging his shoulders. I nodded, agreeing with him.

"He is right though. It might come handy, you never know." I said, looking at Ni-Ki. Everyone agreed with Heeseung and me.

"What's going on, gents?" Diana asked while coming inside, a smile on her face.

"What happened there? Who won?" Jay asked, visibly curious. I looked back at Diana and saw Sunoo entering through the open door behind her.

"She won." He said, smiling, as he picked up a gun for the shooting practice.

"You never fail to surprise me." Jay said, chuckling, as he pointed his gun back at his own target. I quickly stretched out my hand, gently keeping it on his outstretched hand, and slowly shook my head, indicating him not to shoot.

He nodded, and kept down his hand, glancing at Diana, who was staring at the gun in his hand, her face a shade paler than usual.

"We were thinking of learning archery." I quickly said, trying to distract Diana. It worked, as she lifted her head up to look at me, surprised by my statement.

"Really?" She asked, shocked.

"We don't know anything related to it and who knows, it might come handy one day, so yeah." I said, shrugging my shoulders. Jay nodded, as he agreed with me.

"I'm honored." She said, slightly bowing playfully, as she chuckled.

Jake's POV

"My arms hurt." Jungwon complained, as he held the loaded bow in his hands, aiming at the target in front of him. "I think they are gonna fall off any second." He added, scrunching his nose. Diana shook her head, as she chuckled at his complaining state.

"Alright, you can take a break." She said, laughing, as she motioned Jungwon to sit down behind so that he can relax. Jungwon quickly kept down the bow and went behind, massaging his arms as soon as he sat down.

"Aish Jay, hold it properly, your arms are not straight." Diana said, as she walked towards him and touched his biceps, trying to correct him. I looked away, unconsciously gripping the bow in my hand so tight that it turned my knuckles white.

"Jake, are you fine?" Sunghoon whispered from beside me. I nodded, looking ahead.

"Yeah, I'm really fine." I muttered, as I looked back at Diana, who was busy correcting Jay's posture. I heard Sunghoon gasp dramatically from behind me.

"Don't tell me you are jealous-" He said, rolling his eyes at me. I looked at him, raising my eyebrows, throwing death glares at the male to shut him up.

"No, I'm not. Why would I be?" I asked him, tilting my head. He shook his head, as he raised his arm, ready to shoot.

"Never mind. I ain't even arguing." He said, as he released his grip on the string, shooting the arrow but it hit the last ring of the target. I started laughing, as he silently cursed under his breath.

"The center is a bit more left." I said, as I tried to muffle my laughs with my fist but failed miserably, as my laughter was clearly audible.

"Oh, yeah? Try shooting yourself. I want to see where you hit." Sunghoon said, a smirk forming on his lips. I chuckled, stretching the string of my bow and released the arrow. Unfortunately, the arrow completely missed the target, causing it to fall down on the ground.

God, please make the ground to just split underneath me and make me disappear from here.

"Holy-" Sunghoon said, shocked, after which he burst out laughing. I stood there, embarrassed, as I saw my friend double over due to excessive laughter.

"Did I miss a joke?" Diana asked, as she walked towards us, smiling, as she looked at me, then at Sunghoon, who was busy laughing. I shook my head, as blush crept into my cheeks.

"He was telling me I sucked at archery but he missed his target. Completely." Sunghoon managed to choke out, while wheezing, as he looked at Diana. Diana's eyes widened, as she looked at me in horror.

Diana's POV

I started laughing along with Sunghoon after listening to him, but soon gathered myself while he kept on laughing and complaining how much his stomach hurt because of him laughing so much.

"I shouldn't laugh but- the way your are holding it, it's completely wrong." I said, pointing at Jake's right hand, giggling away. I walked closer towards him, placing my arm gently on his hand, lifting it up, still chuckling as I could see him suffer internally due to the embarrassment.

"Turn your hand like this, that's right. The elbow should be straight," I said, as I gripped his arm gently and corrected him. As I was helping him, muttering some instructions every now and then, suddenly his breath hitched, when I ran my hands softly over his shoulder, trying to set him straight. I stopped for a second, my hands hovering over his arm, as shivers ran down my spine, distracting me from what I was doing. I cleared my throat abruptly, as I backed up, looking away.

"D-Done." I quickly said, as I took a deep breath, trying to steady my heart, which was trying to pound out of my ribcage.

Oh god, what is wrong with me?
