Mira's POV

"p-p-please c-calm d-down a-amber." I said to my crying sister, she has been like this for some days now.

"I-I-I c-can't, h-he's d-done s-s-so m-m-much f-for m-m-me" amber said while crying, she was so destroyed over the fact that clyde was dead.

"I-I know I-it h-h-hurts, a-a-amber" I tried to comfort her.

She began to cry louder.

I did the only thing I could think of.

I padded toward her, now sitting down beside her.

I wrapped my arms around her, resulting in me hugging her.

"s-s-sis, I-it pains m-me t-to s-s-see y-you l-l-like t-t-this." I told amber, now hugging her.

"i-it p-pains m-m-me as m-much a-as y-you d-d-do." I said to my sister.

She was holding me close.

She didn't talk.

Just tears.

Her entire mood changed since she heard about clyde.

It was like her entire world switched.

My sister is the only mon left.

To live for.

Our bond is so strong.

If either of us fall.

The other would fall too.

My sister was crying louder now.

Something else was on her mind.

I rubbed myself up against her.

My tail found my sisters.

She calmed down when I did that.

"a-a-amber?" I asked her.

She looked up with teary eyes.

"w-w-what's o-o-on y-y-your m-m-mind s-s-sis?" I asked her gently.

She broke eye contact and hugged me closer.

Her tears dampened my pelt.

I laid my head on hers.

She wasn't calming down, something else worried her.

I began to rub her back to comfort her.

My tears started to form as well.

It pained me so much to see amber like this, that I began to cry.

My sister heard me cry.

I always cried when she was beyond sadness.

"y-y-you're t-t-the b-b-best, s-s-sis." Amber said, her tail rubbing against mine.

"s-s-sis" I said

She was watching me with tears going down her cheek.

"w-w-we'll m-make I-it t-t-through t-t-together"

"a-a-anshul p-promised, h-h-he'd p-p-protect u-us w-w-with h-his l-life." I told to my sister.

"s-sis"

I looked up at my sister.

"I'm s-s-scared" she told me with her ears down.

"I-I-I d-d-don't w-w-want t-t-to l-l-lose a-anymon e-else." She said with a scared voice.
