Chapter 21

Anshul's POV

My ears raised, as I heard very heavy breathing.

I couldn't move, nor could I look around.

It was very dark where I was.

The darkness made it very difficult to see.

It came to my conclusion, that I was the one breathing heavily.

There was a silhouette, one with two fluffy ears.

My eye widened, when I realized what was happening.

I tried to resist, but nothing worked.

A bloodthirsty growl escaped my muzzle.

My body sprinted forward, and pounced on the silhouette.

When I pounced on the silhouette, a very loud and familiar shriek was heard.

"EEEEEPPP!!!"

The second I heard the shriek, I woke up in a panic.

It was very dark where I was, and it was very quiet.

I used ember to enlighten some of the place I was in.

After some thinking, I realized that I had a nightmare.

My eye landed on Mira, making sure that she was ok.

She looked extremely panicked.

I didn't know where we were.

Then, I realized that this was the place from my nightmare.

Blake woke up from my light.

"...hey...what gives..." Blake asked, sounding tired.

"we need to move...now." I said.

"...woa...calm down...we're safe..." Blake said.

"maybe now, but not for long...where are we?" I asked the drowsy Umbreon.

"...we used a cave that connects to the mines..." Blake said.

My eye widened.

"we need to go...now!" I said, sounding on edge.

"...what...why..." Blake asked.

"I got a dream...Mira got attacked in it..." I explained.

"...Anshul...calm down...it was just a nightmare..." Blake stated.

"no...this was something different...this was a warning..." I said.

Blake sighed, and woke up Ciana.

"huh?....what happened?" Ciana asked in a confused tone.

"...Anshul doesn't feel safe at all...we need to move...he advise..." Blake said.

Ciana looked at me.

"I got a weird dream...I've had dreams like these before, and they have always came true..." I spoke.

Ciana saw my expression, and nodded.

"if it makes you feel more safe, we'll move to a safer place, ok?" Ciana stated.

I nodded with a grateful look on my face.

Blake looked at me.

He placed a paw on my shoulder.

"...now that I think about it...we need to get as far away from that castle as possible...if your dream is correct...it may be our only warning and opportunity to avoid it from coming true..." Blake said, and agreed with leaving.
