"Let's move to the next step. We're dancing at a faster pace." ~ Kiss Kiss [SHINee]

"I don't think I've told you yet," Jungkook murmurs, backing her into the wall. "But you look really beautiful."

Rosie blushes and looks up at the ravenette innocently, a soft blush painting her cheeks as he bent down and pressed his lips to hers.

They were currently at the aquarium, a place where, thankfully, it was pretty dark. That left Jungkook plenty of coverage to sneak in kisses here or there.

"Look, look, look!" Rosie beams, dragging him towards a tank of jellyfish.

Jungkook hums and wraps his arms around her back before resting his chin on her shoulder. He thought aquariums were alright, nothing special, but he was glad Rosie was having fun on their date. It was cute seeing her run to every tank like a little kid, Jungkook being pulled along as she squealed at something in excitement.

"Oh my gosh!" she exclaims, pointing at the puffer fish before puffing her own cheeks out.

Jungkook laughs and matches her face, puffing his own cheeks out. It wasn't something you would expect to see from him, but god was she changing him into a whipped dork.

Rosie burst out into giggles and Jungkook tapped under her chin with an amused grin, taking her to the touch exhibit to see the sting rays.

"You get to actually touch them?" she asks nervously, looking at all the kids reaching their hands in.

"Yeah, c'mere," Jungkook chuckles, grabbing her hips and lifting her onto the ledge. "The stingers were clipped off so they won't hurt you."

Rosie looks into the pool of sting rays and gulps, rolling her sleeve up. She hesitantly put her hand under the water and waited for a sting ray to swim her way, trying her best to remain calm when she saw one coming.

"Jungkook," she panics, pulling her hand away before it could touch her and reaching back to squeeze his shirt with her clean hand.

"I'm right here, baby," he laughs, stepping up next to her. "Here, look."

Jungkook dips his hand into the pool and Rosie watches intently as a stingray swims his way, squeezing his large bicep tightly as it swims under his hand.

"Your turn," he says, grabbing her hand in his and bringing it underneath the water.

Rosie squealed as she felt the creature's silky skin underneath her fingers, looking at Jungkook in amazement. Her smile was so big Jungkook couldn't possibly conceal his own, and he leaned towards her slowly until he felt a tug on his shirt.

"Are you done?" a kid snaps, his arms crossed over his chest.

"Are you ready to feel my fist up your a-"

"Yes, we're done," Rosie interrupts quickly, grabbing Jungkook's hand and stepping down.

Jungkook glares at the kid as they pass by and mutters underneath his breath as they clean their hands. He didn't want to let his anger get the best of him though, so he shook it off and wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

They walked to a different part of the aquarium, this section hosting less people, and the only light came from the huge tank that held big creatures.

"Woah!" Rosie gasps, placing her hands against the tank as her face gets closer. "There's dolphins in there!"

Jungkook stands to the side and watches her with a small smile. It seemed unfair how cute she was, and don't even get him started on what she's wearing today. Jungkook almost wished he brought her somewhere else, somewhere private.

Jungkook shakes his head and watches as a dolphin approaches Rosie, causing her to back up a bit nervously. They both stared at each other for a few seconds before Rosie cocked her head to the side curiously, giggling as the dolphin mirrored her.

"Hello," she whispers, placing her hand on the glass.

The dolphin looked at her hand before turning to its side and showing his fin where her hand was, causing her to look at Jungkook with a bright smile and wave him over.

"He likes me!" she giggles, looking back at the dolphin.

"Yeah," Jungkook smiles, looking at her.

Rosie broke her gaze from the dolphin when she felt the ravenette's eyes on her, smiling shyly. She was about to ask why he was staring, but he bent down and cupped her cheeks quickly, smashing his lips onto hers.

To his satisfaction, her fingers curled into his hair and toyed with it as he continued kissing her, her small moans being swallowed by his lips. When he pulled back, Rosie was quite literally breathless and her cheeks were dark, her blown pupils looking up at him in surprise.

"Rosie," he whispers, smiling nervously as his thumbs stroked her cheekbones. "Will you be my girlfriend?"

Rosie's breath hitched and she was sure Jungkook could feel how hot her cheeks were underneath his hands. She had never been asked out before—never even had time to afford a boyfriend.

But now, her knight in shining armor was here asking her with his little bunny smile, nervous himself but trying to appear confident on the outside.

"Yes," she answers, laughing when Jungkook shut his eyes and let out a sigh of relief.

Rosie melted into his chest when he pulled her into a tight hug, the pair hiding away in each other's necks as they giggled shyly.

As they rocked back and forth slowly, the dolphin let out a cat call whistle that had Jungkook look up with a raised eyebrow. It was like the dolphin was grinning at him, knowing exactly what had just happened between the pair.

"My girl," Jungkook mouths to the dolphin with a smirk, nodding slightly to confirm they were together.

"Are you talking to the dolphin?" Rosie giggles, resting her chin on his chest as she looks up at him.

"'Course not," he scoffs before looking up at the dolphin like they had just been caught.

"Silly," Rosie laughs, slapping his arm before snuggling into his chest again.

And the couple enjoyed the rest of their date together, stepping into their new chapter of life side by side.
