In the living room, Terri was practicing Lamaze breathing with Will and her sister while the siblings were watching. "You're doing great, baby. Just keep breathing." Will said to her. "No, no, no!" Kendra said making everyone look at her. "Giving birth is not like how it is in the movies. It is bloody and bestial and you get poop all over your cowboy boots." Kendra said to them. "Well, I'm just trying to be supportive." Will said to her. "Oh, Will, this isn't about you." Kendra said to him. "I'm sorry, Kendra, when was he making it about him?" Jesse asks her. "Ugh." Kendra said making Jesse look at her brothers. "You have to be liked, Will. You're nice and supportive and you avoid conflict." Kendra said to him making Will looks to Terri to see if what Kendra is saying is true. Terri nods. "Your wife is going to be pushing a watermelon out of her boyhowdy in five months! She doesn't need nice. She needs dolomites." Kendra said to Will. "I can be tough." Will said to her. "Of course you can, sweetie." Kendra said to him and she looks at the kids. "Look what happened to them." Kendra said making Will look at his kids. "Two gays and a girl with a voice." Kendra said to him making Will look at her again. "I still love them." Will said to her. "I do too. Honey." Terri said to him making the siblings look at her knowing she stop loving them when Jamey started high school. "Okay, why don't you come on down here?" Kendra asks while she gets off the couch and down to where Terri and Will are, on the floor. "I'm going to show you how to rub the gas bubbles out of your wife's stomach." Kendra said to him making Terri sit up quickly. "No, no, wait!" Terri said to them. "Oh, no, no, no! You'll like it. Phil still does it to me. Feels great." Kendra said to her. "I don't want him touching my stomach. I mean, maybe he would bruise the baby." Terri said to them. "What?" Jamey said not understand what she said. "Honey? Would you get me a BLT?" Terri asks Will. "S-sure. I – I'm – it's gonna take a few minutes, though." Will said to her. "That's okay." Terri said to him and Will kisses her forehead and gets up to leave. "Alright. Be right back." Will said to them. "Make me one too, but hold the tomato." Kendra said to him making Terri look at Jesse. "Sweetheart." Terri said making Jesse look at her. "Why don't you help your dad." Terri said to her. "But you don't..." Jesse said and Terri cut her off. "Go on." Terri said making Jesse stand up and she walks into the kitchen. Jamey's phone rings and Jamey sees it was Kurt. "I will be right back." Jamey said to them and he walks away to answer the call. Terri looks at her older son. "Go, help your dad and little sister." Terri said to him making Sebastian raised his eyebrow and he stands up and he walks to the kitchen.

Sebastian walks into the kitchen and he sits down while Jesse and Will make the food. "Jess, can you see if Kendra wants lettuce." Will said to her making Jesse walk into the living to hear this. "Oh, my God. Is the baby black?" Kendra asks Terri making Jesse go on her knees and go to the other side to see her mom. Terri lifts her shirt up carefully, revealing the pad that is making her appear pregnant making Jesse put her hand on her mouth. "The doctor said it's a hysterical pregnancy! I can't tell Will. I can't! He already has one foot out the door. This baby's the only reason he's still here!" Terri said to her sister. "What do you think he's gonna do when he finds out you lied?" Kendra asks her. "Oh, God, I don't know! I've got to tell him the truth. I've got to tell him and I've got to deal with the consequences!" Terri said to her making Jesse nod agreeing with that. Terri gets up to leave and presumably tell Will of her hysterical pregnancy but Kendra stops her. "Okay, are you insane?" Kendra said to her. "What?!" Terri said to her. "Dishonesty is food to a marriage. It will die without it!" Kendra said to her. "I guess." Terri said to her. "Stop being so emotional." Kendra said to her. "Okay." Terri said to her. "The solution is clear. We're gonna have to get you a baby." Kendra said to her. Jesse turns around and she bumped into Jamey. "Jess, what's wrong?" Jamey asks her making the two sisters look at them. "Nothing." Jesse said to him. "Okay, Kurt asks me if you want to be in a dance number with him and Brittany." Jamey said to her making Jesse nod. "Yeah, I do it." Jesse said to him and the two walks into the kitchen with the sisters looking at Jesse knowing she heard everything.

In Jesse's Room

Jesse gets ready to go to Kurt's house with her brothers and Terri and her sister walk into the room. Kendra closes the door making Jesse look at them. "You are not pregnancy." Jesse said to her mom. "Sweetheart." Terri said walking over to her. "Don't tell your dad." Terri said to her. "Why, not you don't care about us." Jesse said to her. "If you do, I will take your and brothers out of school. I know Jamey has a boyfriend, you and Sebastian have a lot of friends. What will happen if I take you out?" Terri asks her making Jesse think about it. "So, keep your mouth shut young lady." Kendra said and the sisters walk out of the room leaving Jesse alone.
