Get away - day one

Jane and Maura woke up early had quick breakfast and were off to the airport. They were both looking forward to two weeks alone without any distractions.

The plane ride went smoothly. As they were retrieving their baggage, they literally ran into Stephanie Logan. Stephanie says, "I am glad I ran into you two out of all places. Jane I am truly sorry if I stirred up feelings with Maura." Stephanie's lover says to Maura," aye darling who would of known we have the same taste in women. She does know how to get me going in bed like you..." Maura cuts her off, Jane and Maura get their rental, mercedes convertible.  " Maura who was that?"
"Jane can we discuss Samantha later and just enjoy ourselves?" Jane replied, " Maura the one thing I did retain in my sessions, if I hang onto things I get irritated and its not healthy for me. So, I will ask you again, who was Samantha to you that she still refers to you as darling?" Maura pulled over into a parking lot and turned off the engine.  "Jane she is my ex-fiance. Who cheated on me more than once. She said she worked on it, but she really didn't and it happened a second time.  I came home from a hectic day exhausted and just wanted to fall asleep. I found her and another woman in my condo that I paid for. Samantha wasn't expecting me to be home so early. Apparently, she was screwing around with her in my bed for several months after I had taken her back after the last cheating fiasco. I broke off our engagement, removed my key from her car keys immediately and kicked both of them out of my condo. Samantha made my life at work a living hell,since she oversaw my orthopedic department at the hospital.  I broke my contract, sold my condo and moved to Boston to start a new career and life." Wow, you sure have had your doozy of women." "Yes, I have." Maura started the vehicle back up,  stopped by the grocery, international market and the liquor barn and headed to thr beach house. " They brought everything in, unpacked and went for a swim on the beach. They were laying on the beach when who shows up again. "Fuck, Stephanie you stalking me again? Leave me the fuck alone you two bitches. " I was taken back by Maura's reaction and we went back to the beach house. Apparently,  these two ex women of Maura's rented a beach house several houses down from us.  This wasn't how either the two of us wanted to spend our two weeks chilling. "Jane do you want me to look for another beach house to rent for two weeks on another beach?" "No,  I  don't want you spending more money.  We will be staying here most if the time cooking meals . When we go places, hopefully we won't run into them anymore. I am hungry let's start prepping and you teach me how to use these appliances properly, so I don't burn your beach house down.  What country are we starting with tonight, Julia Child's.?" Maura laughed and kissed me. We cleaned up changed into t-shirts, shorts and aprons that had sexual innuendos on them that even made me blush when Maura showed me she had them packed . She apparently found them at a cooking specialty store.

I loved that Maura had a sense of humor liked this.  Tonight's country would be from Greece.
I had fun making these dishes.  Some of them tasted better than others .

We had Greek wine and beer too. We sat on the deck watching the sunset, relaxing and sitting in the hot tub on the deck that was blocked from others seeing us. If it hadn't been blocked,  I know I wouldn't of been naked with her drinking, beer. We stayed out on the deck til 2:30 a.m. and went inside and cleaned up our mess, and showered quickly. Maura was relaxed which I was happy to see after her run ins with her exes. Maura turned on the fireplace in the bedroom and we just cuddled naked in bed. No sex but a few kisses than fell asleep.
