Jane and I woke up early. Jane is far from a morning person but she woke up with me for a morning run on the beach. We raced in areas around the beach area.
We returned had fruit, granola with yogurt and cup of expresso for breakfast. We started our cooking early today because we wanted to go to a pub I use to go back to and Jane loved her beers. Jane had a twist to our cooking today and I was all for it. We only got to wear our aprons only. Jane decided today's country -Poland. We had a blast making the food for late lunch.
